Went in there today to get milkshakes the old lady got our order wrong, but then got mad at us and started blaming us for telling her the order wrong, how can we not know what we ordered? She also said we said yes when she confirmed our order with us before making it, but she never did. When she started remaking it, she seemed mad and totally annoyed, if you don’t like your job, then don’t work there. UDF should do better than hire old lady’s like her and actually hire people who know how to do their jobs. DO BETTER!!!

Informed cashier # 220 that nothing was coming out of the decaf carafe... response, "this does happen when it's empty"! She pressed the 'full' button and walked away. The drip was almost clear so I walked over to ask if there were 2 pouches or 1pouch used. She responded, I don't know! I informed her that the coffee tasted a bit watery and weak! Her response, so what do you want me to do? I asked her what should be done in the case of watery coffee? She responded, you tell me! I couldn't figure out why she was posing so much opposition. 3other customers were being served as she continued to engage in unusual behavior. Her co-worker suggested making a fresh pot of coffee! The cashier walked over and snatched the carafe and emptied it... she pulled the coffee filter out and walked over to me and said, it looks like to pouches to me...I was still confused by the strange interaction. As she finished setting everything up, she again mumbled another remark under her breath and walked away back to the checkout! I have frequented many UDF locations for many years, this was the absolute worst unprovoked interaction I have ever encountered. Cashier 220 needs training in customer relations! For her sake, she needs to be made aware of the affects of unprovoked anger! I visited this location a couple of weeks ago and was so impressed with the cashier who assisted me! I hate that 1bad Apple can spoil the show! I simply refused to engage in unproductive chatter with a rude person due to the energy required to stay engaged! I will not allow a pot of coffee to rule my day especially in light of the real problems civilians are facing in other parts of the world.... namely, in Israel!

This place is a dump. Bought some food off the shelf which was 4 months expired. Didn't get an apology or anything from the workers. Check the food if you're going to buy food there. What a dump. It was moon pies just in case the owner wants to argue.

Been stopping by this udf at 5:05 to 5:10 am to get my morning coffee on my way to work. 7 out of 10 times this branch has not been open. So I guess not only do I not get my UDRIVE points, Speedway across the street gets my business. Find someone to open on time! Your killing me!?

Terrible customer service. They need to train their employees how to behave or hire some employees who have patience and at least have a smile on their face.

This place is a dump. Bought some food off the shelf which was 4 months expired. Didn't get an apology or anything from the workers. Check the food if you're going to buy food there. What a dump. It was moon pies just in case the owner wants to argue.

No customer service, rude employees, lots of flirting and listening to ear buds, I live and work within a few blocks of this place and avoid going. I don't expect it to get better. Zero stars

I go here all the time. It's because it sets the bar very high for a place to get Gas , snacks, meals, high quality Ice cream concoctions, beer and doesn't sell lotto. If you look very closely you'll realize that even in another part of town I will stop at United dairy farmers for gas and dog treats before any other convenience Roadside market. The standards are that good

Dirty! I would not want to order and food milkshakes or donuts from here do to the filth all over. It is slow not a custom in store . Went into use restroom and had to clean it my self it smelled of urine dinning floors look like have not been swept in or mopped in weeks. Employees standing around chatting with friends.

My mother who is a 70-year-old crippled woman, had a faulty pump she made it into the store there were several employees inside, she asked for one of them to come out and please help her get the pump working, and they refused to help her. She almost fell and died and could have had her head run over by a truck! Not a very good way to do business. Apparently UDF hates old people and disabled people. However speedway really likes old and disabled people and they are willing to help just about anybody so everyone reading this should not go to UDF and take their business to speedway!

Nobody there seems to know how to make a milkshake. The last couple of times I’ve been, all different people, I’ve only gotten thin, watery milkshakes. If I’m paying $4+ I don’t expect a ‘thicker’ version of regular milk. If I could give this store no stars I would.
