Made an online appointment for 1:00-2:00 around 10am this morning. But when I walked in right at 1. The lad at the counter told me "After I get through this line I'm not taking any more people it why I turned the open sign off". What's the point in making an appointment if you can't even show up for your appointment time and be told to leave.

Tried to take my phone for 72 hours to "run diagnostics" on a new warranty phone. I need my phone to function and leave someone without one for 24 hours in todays time. muchless 72 hours is not really realistic. I need it for navigation, school, work, and waking up, not to mention a few other things like basic communication. The very poor service and lack of understanding is concerning

Do not use these stores. All of their staff lie including the manager. Our Xbox needed a new hard drive & they told us they replaced the hard drive & never did. Every time we got home & hooked up the Xbox it didn't work. They work on it for 2 mos & it never got fixed. This last time the staff said they never replaced the hard drive & all that they were doing was reinstalling the software. Got a refund & will never use these store again.

I don't often leave reviews but I had such a good experience here, I felt I must. They diagnosed my damaged phone screen and the staff found that the manufacturer had note for my device that if there was an issue for the screen, that it should be replaced at no cost to the customer.I went in thinking I was going to have to pay $150+ for a new screen, but ended getting the repair done for free.The also repaired the screen in ~30min. Very happy with the experience.

AVOID this store like the plague. I had a problem with the camera on my Pixel 7 Pro and Google sent me to this store for warranty service. After many visits over the course of weeks (their phone system very often doesn't work and you have to drive in to contact them) and a total of three replacement screens (in addition to the camera module that was the original problem), my phone appears to be fixed. Fingers crossed.Upon my first visit, I was told they had to order a camera module, which is no big deal. I was told I'd be contacted when the camera module came in and it should be a day or two. Nearly a week later, I hadn't heard anything. So, I called the store. No answer. Called again. Fast busy signal. Finally drove back down there and was told the camera module was in ... so I left my phone for the repair. I was quoted 3 hours but told them I'd just pick it up the next day.Picked up the phone, camera is fixed! Yay! The next day, a bright vertical line appeared on my screen from the top to the bottom. Clearly, there was damage to the screen. So, I called the store. No answer or fast busy signal all morning. Drove back to the store and was told they'd have to order a screen. Again, no phone call when the screen arrived so I had to drive down to the store two days later hoping the screen was in. It was and they replaced it. Two days later, the same vertical line was back in the new screen. Returned to the store where I was told "it's a Pixel thing" and that they had a screen in stock. I left my phone for the replacement and was told I'd be notified when it was ready. I wasn't notified so I drove back to the store at 5:15pm to find it locked. The hours on the door say open until 7pm and no one told me it was going to be different earlier in the day when I dropped off my phone. Apparently, they closed early that day.Tried calling again the next day and actually reached someone! Was told the screen they "tried to install" was "defective" and they ordered more. No one was going to let me know that, apparently. I need my phone for work so I drove back to the store to pick it up with the original (bad) screen in it until the new screen came in. Drove back down two days later in hopes the screens were in (calls in the interim went unanswered) ... they were and they put another screen in. This one apparently wasn't defective, cool! After picking up the phone, I ate at a restaurant nearby. While at dinner, I realized the fingerprint reader built into the screen wasn't working. So, back to the store at 6:45 (before they close at 7). Was told it was a calibration problem and that they couldn't get it done today. I'd have to come back tomorrow. Great, another visit.Got home, found the calibration info online and had it done in TWO MINUTES. After all the BS I've dealt with at this point y'all can't find the time to make a customer happy 15 minutes before closing time? I was the only person in the store!That should have been the end of it. But, wait! There's more! A couple of days later, I tried to take a selfie. That's when I realized that the front camera wasn't working. Baaaaack to the store where I was told they don't have a front camera module in stock and they'll have to order one. Also, he noticed that the screen was popping up off the phone because it wasn't adhered well. I said, "Dang, I was hoping it was just some film or something that you forgot to remove when you put the screen in." (I had read online that this was a common cause for front camera not working after screen replacement.) He took it in back again and turns out I was right ... they put the screen in and failed to remove the protective film over the camera opening. So, they removed the screen, removed the fim, and stuck the screen back on with new adhesive (or so I was told).It's been a few days now and no issues. So, I'm hopeful that this group of idiots finally managed to do the job well enough that I am not

My boyfriend dropped his 512gb S22 Ultra off in May for a sim issue which is a warranty claim. Now this is important because the sim on this particular phone is on a different board than the memory. They broke the main board wiping the memory of the phone. They had no business touching that part of the phone. Due to my boyfriend’s employer he cannot have the cloud upload and backup his phone. He lost everything, including photos and videos of me with my father who passed away in June. My boyfriend reached out to corporate, hopefully something comes of that. His phone was given back to him with a 256gb main board, the best part THE TRIED TO LIE AND SAY SAMSUNG TOLD THEM TO USE A 256! For those of you who don’t know that’s a good 500$ difference in the cost of the phone a 512 vs a 256. He just now this weekend had time to let go of his phone and corporate, and the store said it would be 5 hours to fix. He dropped it off Friday and it’s Monday he’s still without a phone. The employees there do not like him because he went to corporate on them. I believe they intentionally took long on the phone so he wouldn’t get it back till Tuesday due to the holiday weekend. When he tried talking to them on Saturday they hung up on him twice and never called back. He has not been rude to them yet. Someone should be fired over this. He is also in contact with Samsung. If this company handles their warranty claims like this then they shouldn’t have a contract with Samsung. Completely unprofessional and apparently their technicians have no idea what they are doing.

Booked appt, drove 30 minutes jus to hear they do not hav my cell phone glass in-stock, and had no apparent eta (yet competitior had it). Don't waste time nor gas on this location (& these folks are supposedly the experts ; )

STAY AWAY from this store. Too bad there's not a zero star rating option. I requested a screen replacement for a Galaxy Fold 4 through Samsung, since my phone was still under warranty, and they arranged an appointment for me at this location. I called the store to make sure they had the screen protector and to confirm the appt. The number took me to their call center which confirmed the appointment and that the store had the protector in stock. When I showed up to my appointment the clerk told me that they didn't have the part and that neither Samsung nor their call center communicate with the stores so they didn't have any idea I was coming to the appointment until he looked up my information on their system. The clerk told me that UPS or FedEx is holding up their packages and that they were supposed to receive it in a couple of days so we rescheduled my appointment. I showed up to my 2nd appointment and the same clerk tells me that they still dont have the protector replacement, he calls his manager and he is told that the manager personally will hand deliver the protector to the store and that he will send me a text, which I never received. I decided to try another location and luckily they had the part and were able to replace the screen protector but while the other store was jerking me around my warranty expired and I had to pay for the screen replacement myself. I believe there is a big communication breakdown in this company and that there should be someone screening their systems for when an appointment is scheduled they can have the parts ready for the customer. I know they screen their reviews in Google because I've seen them reply to the reviews, so why dont do the same with their appointments so customers have a pleasant experience and leave positive reviews instead of negative ones. Please pay attention to the reviews and once again stay away from this UBreakIfix location.

Maybe a little under a year ago I put in an order to repair a purple Power A wireless GameCube controller. I checked back about twice a couple weeks apart and they hadn’t really gotten much done since they had to order some specific parts to repair the issue, which was fine as I didn’t wanna rush the process. A couple more weeks went by and I had yet to have been contacted back, so I ended up just buying a new one. Not only has it been months but they never seemed to have come back to us on the issue to this day. I’m sure they made an effort but it was ultimately a waste of time considering how they never even contacted us about the delay, and so I can’t really recommend them. The new one seems to have worn down a bit and I’m hesitant to request service from them again.

I was joking around with the guy there since I used to work for their competitor repair shop in high school. Brought my broken glass Samsung s23 ultra in under the Samsung insurance who partner with them. They had it fixed up looking pristine in a few hours and clamped it together well. I can tell you the back glass on these phones is hard to take off without messing up the paint, and they did well. The store is clean and organized. Couldn't ask for a better experience.

Asurion/uBreakiFix does a great job with the repairs, but unless you have insurance it's expensive (replacing my wife's phone glass was half the price of the new phone), and the wait can be long.

Horrible service. Was told they would be done in 5-7 days, 13 days later had to drive to the store in west Chester on Cox Rd, to be told they couldn’t fix the system. 13 days for that. No communication, they would never answer the phone for a status check or answer an email. Definitely would not recommend them. Ridiculous

On Saturday I tried to drop off my device for repair. They told me that they needed to order parts which was fine and it would be there on Thursday. On Wednesday I had a few questions that I wanted to ask and tried to call this store over 10 times with no one picking up. I had someone try to drop off the phone the following day because I had to work and they told them that the part was not ordered until Monday and it would be there on Friday. Not one time did they communicate this to me at all. Do not do business with this company as they are afraid to answer the phone and refuse to contact you on part delays. Unacceptable.To the owners reply: Why would I attempt to reach out via phone call when I know you won't pick up the call or return it. Ridiculous.
