We have been a part of the TutorTime family for almost three years now. I cannot say enough great things about the teachers and director. They are extremely caring and have great communication. A bonus - I love that we have access to cameras in the classrooms and get so many videos/pictures of the happenings throughout the day. We have been extremely happy with the care here!

Horrible daycare ! Wish this place would get shut down. Mistreated my son ! I witnessed it as I was walking by the classroom , a teacher jerking my kid up aggressively ! I don't even grab him the way she did .. all because he wouldn't sleep at nap time , remind you it's his first week at this daycare. Took his about as soon as I could .

My son absolutely loves going here. He’s so happy and can’t wait to go to preschool every morning! The communication has been amazing and he loves his teacher. Couldn’t be happier!

Would give a zero if I could. Poor management. Empathetic yes but do absolutely nothing to resolve issues. Kids are yelled at, grabbed aggressively and overall often mistreaged. super disappointed with this center.

The only reviews here are pretty old, so I thought it high time an updated review was left, as management has changed and they don't deserve the rating listed here. We started at tutor time 2 months ago. We had relocated to the area and were enrolled at another center where my 2 year old child was not adjusting well. I was distraught and needing a place where my son would be loved and nurtured first, then educated second. I wanted more than a babysitter. We found that at Tutor time. The teachers were patient as my son adjusted. Now he's happy to go to school, has little friends, and comes home jabbering about his teachers and what they did that day. They keep him engaged with new activities, promote healthy habits, and provide loving guidance. From our experience, I definitely recommend.

Our Children have attended Tutor Time in West Chester for the last 3 years and we are very pleased with our choice! The staff are amazing and very professional, the center is clean and well put together to fit the needs of all students. We love the fact that the teachers set individual goals per student, then follows up with multiple face-to-face conferences to ensure that each child is meeting goals/expectations! Every year, we have seen growth in our children! Thanks Tutor Time, keep up the great work! #5stars

Tutor Time is an excellent school. My daughter loves it there! Teacher's are involved in day to day activities, to advance our kids w/challenges needed to prolong their education. We receive updates daily via phone, including photos. I have a piece of mind, knowing my daughter is in a safe environment. Love it! Highly recommend ?

The Tutor Time of West Chester staff are all wonderful. My daughter has been going there for 3 years and it's been nothing but exceptional service. She loves everyone there and misses the time when she is away. They are helping her to learn fast and grow at an accelerated rate. Thank you to everyone there for going above and beyond!

My child has been going to this school for a little over a year now. My daughter has experienced tremendous growth and fully prepared for kindergarten! I absolutely love this school and they recently got a new Director who is just as Amazing as the last Director. This place is so welcoming and they really prepare your littles ones to be successful in school. Hailey loves you Tutor Time and so do I!!!

Awful experience! One of the Infant II teachers ridiculed my child because of tooth stains that were caused by medication, laughing with the other teachers that it looks like my child eats dirt. Then she proceeded to give me dental hygiene advice during pickup, all this in front of the other parents that were also picking up their children. We canceled our enrollment that day and we had only been there for 1 week. This was the worst daycare experience! I would never leave my children here!!

Abuse !!!! A child was verbally abused by an employee, used profanity and this person attempted to run after and HIT this child!!!! This just happened THIS week. Stay away!!!!!

If your children have medical issues, this is not the daycare for you! I have 3 children that all have medication that needs to be administered daily or have outdoor play restricted. This daycare is strict about the Rx labels, which I think is fine. However, am inhaler can be used for regular maintenance as well as a life saving device. There are times during the day that my child can not be rescued due to the lack knowledge of where the Rx is located as well as how to administer. I am filing a complaint with corporate as I have not gotten any reassurance that my children can be properly cared for with the exception of the "I'm sorry this has happened" script that all employees there give me.
