I'd give zero stars if possible. My gps took me to a residential street outside someone's house. The address is the exact address on google so something isn't right. It says ipen 24 hours which is a red flag, but when I call, their voicemail has the supposed name of the beauty supply store on the message, so I though it could be legit. No one ever answered the phone or called back when I called at 4pm, so I don't think this is a real place.

Please do not get the dread zasta hair detangling product from this company, which it claims detangled hair including locked or matted hair. If you don't want a horrible change in your hair texture leading to clumped damaged hair, bald patches etc. This is a horrible product with a chemical and water, nothing else. Company makes false claims. I am still working on getting back my beautiful hair after the unfortunate purchase of this product.

I am completely dissatisfied. I ordered April 1st, and still have yet to receive my products, and they haven't even been shipped yet! I called April 5th to see why it had no shipped yet, left a message, and was sent an email saying that it shipped that same day, April 5th. I have checked the tracking everyday, and today I finally called, and they told me they sent an email April 4th wanting to verify the shipping address. I NEVER got the email they sent on April 4th (because there is no email). If that was the case, on April 5th, why was the email I did receive contain nothing about address verification? I am absolutely dissatisfied, and after these products received (because I called today and they finally said they will ship) I will never be ordering from them again!

used their henna about 3 times now. last time they were so nice and gave me a pen and a plastic heat cap(forget the name of it) for free. the henna keeps my hair that dark blue/black indigo that i like. and i really appreciate all the points we get for reviewing, for sharing and all that. the points system helps make rebuying really affordable!
