I was incredibly impressed with the communication, process, and results. Far exceeded my expectations. The results were shocking and the ongoing support has been great. I am most impressed with the structure and process around training and the schedule laid out to continue to build on what was taught. Overall an amazing experience!!!

Justen and the rest of the team take wonderful care of our sweet Inara! She learned so much in the Day Training program and still enjoys going for Stay and Play. They would even send me pictures of her training field trips. ❤️

Lindsay and Jeff were wonderful to work with and continue to be! We sent our 12 week old golden retriever puppy for the 4 week board and train class. Otis has become the easiest puppy we’ve ever had and is so well mannered! His puppy biting is completely gone and his fearfulness of walking/crate are nearly eliminated. We are still working with him but this was well worth the investment! We can’t speak highly enough of Training tracks and their team!

We are beyond pleased with the progress our dog Goose made at Training Tracks. He learned and improved even more than we expected. On top of the commands he learned, the socialization and crate training he gained from the classes has really helped him become a well-behaved and obedient dog. Goose went from being scared to leave us when we dropped him off, to being excited and running to see his friends in the class every time we went. We cannot recommend Ariel, Tiffany, and the rest of the crew at Training Tracks enough.

My Goldendoodle puppy, Mylo, just finished up the 4-week day school program and I am beyond pleased with his progress. We came to Training Tracks just to learn basic commands as well as provide Mylo an outlet when we aren’t home, but we left with so much more. Mylo is a very shy pup and greeting new people has been especially hard for him. The first week of classes he struggled as there were new people and he was in an environment he’s never been in before. But Ariel and her team, has been splendid in helping him come out of his shell a little more. By taking him out on walks and outings to stores, he has gained a little more confidence than we originally came in with. It has become Mylo’s favorite part of the day, seeing all his friends and his trainers! Now, whenever he gets dropped off, he willingly walks towards his trainer tongue out and tail wagging. Not only is he better with new people, he has become such a well-behaved pup all around. We love the environment so much that I have also decided to enroll him in the educational daycare they offer! Overall, an amazing team and highly recommended!

My dog suffers from separation anxiety and needed help bad. The online lessons that I took with Casey were very informative and extremely helpful. My dog will always be a little anxious but this class defiantly put us on the right path that I needed. She was always nice, on time and extremely accommodating. I plan of using other classes that training tracks has to offer and I know it will be worth it.

Updated review: (12/18/2021) after additional lies and accusations from Jeff the owner and continued refusal to respond to concerning details of our experience, I felt it necessary to revisit my review. Beyond his outright lying, he's actually saying we did (or didn't do) things that he and his team did. We provided proof in the form of text messages but he continues to dig his heels in and blame us for the lack of training for our dog. Here are a few things Jeff has refused to respond to that I think potential customers should know about:-when we picked our dog up from his first stay with you we found out he had run out of his special diet dog food days before and you had been feeding him some other food without our consent.-we also noticed that the "treats" you were using to train him were goldfish crackers and random human food. We also recall a time when our trainer was going to use cat food but luckily we had actual dog treats.-one of the proposed solutions for our dog biting our hands while giving him treats on a walk was to carry a large wooden spoon with peanut butter on it in the park. This was a major red flag but we tried to trust you as the experts.-one situation that really stands out is your implication that our dog maybe should just never meet other dogs because people in Europe don't allow their dogs to meet others. Really?-also in the training tracks contract, under your responsibilities it states you will respond in 24 hours to our communications. Obviously you are aware that this rarely happened.Original Review: We sent our dog to Training Tracks in October 2020 with a solid knowledge of basic commands like sit, down, stay, come, etc. but needed help on walking nicely on a leash, greeting people and other dogs appropriately, and "drop it".We were told those were very attainable goals, but that has not been the case. Over a year later and our dog is not any better than when we dropped him off.We tried everything Training Tracks recommended, including video calls, follow up sessions, and even a second round of board and train. The Total Immersion Board and Train Program is costly and promises a lot, but unfortunately it does not deliver. The worst part of all of this is the lack of follow through and help from the owner of the business.I attached an image of what the training program is supposed to deliver. Our dog can’t do any of those things well and yet we paid a large amount of money. I wish we could have resolved this with the owner but he has decided to ignore my communication. It’s very disappointing because we were trying to do something good for my dog and family but instead wasted a lot of money and time.

Our dog went to Training Tracks total immersion boarding program twice (initially and then again when the owner realized the first experience failed) and still cannot walk on a leash or greet people politely (our two main goals). He is not an aggressive or anxious dog -- just a lively and energetic pup. We reached out to our trainer and to the business owner many times for additional support and guidance (the immersion program supposedly comes with lifetime support). They have been difficult to schedule with (sometimes taking months to get on their calendar) and often don't respond to our communications unless prompted many times (even though their contract states they will respond in 24 hours). When we could get a hold of them, the guidance they offered was not always particularly useful (i.e. just don't let your dog meet anyone ever - this suggestion came from the owner). We have tried to work this out privately with the business owner, Jeff, and he blames us for not communicating, reaching out, or following up with training, which couldn't be further from the truth. I have text and email records that prove we've been engaged and have consistently asked for the support we were promised/paid for. In the end, Jeff has tried to gaslight me and eventually called me aggressive for assertively asking for the training I paid for or for a refund so I can get my dog the training he needs and deserves. I would not recommend Training Tracks. Not only because their training skills are questionable, but because the owner is dishonest and unprofessional.

We took our dog to Training Tracks for their total immersion program. We didn't get the results we wanted the first time around so our pup went back for a second stay. It went much better but the training regressed after a couple months and we needed help again. Our trainer was unable to commit to helping us and the owner has refused to help. Jeff (the owner) goes days or weeks without responding and has now told us he is unwilling to move forward with a resolution. He has been very unprofessional and I would not recommend this company.

Training was helpful in the beginning, but we needed follow through for problem areas especially since husband was recovering from surgery. They were unresponsive to numerous requests over a period of months.. Have to go elsewhere now.

My partner and I took on two mini-Aussie puppies in the midst of the pandemic. We had reached a point of frustration that had us on the brink of returning one of them to the breeders. Fortunately we were able to begin a series of remote sessions with Casey. Soon we were sending her videos of the two dogs’ negative interactions, zoom walk-throughs of our yard and crate arrangements, etc. She in turn was giving us demonstrations of the correct way to train and intervene, sometimes even using her own dogs to demonstrate. She sent us custom-chosen links to youtube trainers demonstrating exactly what we needed to learn, gave us play-by-play suggestions when house guests were about to arrive, sent recipes for homemade dog treats, encouraged us when we got discouraged. Thanks to Casey and the miracle of technology I’m happy to report that we are now a happy, stable family of four!

Huge shout out to Jeff for his help with our anxious puppy. She's now going to a doggy day camp that Jeff recommended and is thriving! Thanks Jeff and staff!

Heather & Sydney with Training Tracks both did a great job working with our 6 month old dog. Their professional expertise with training surely helped after the 4 week session. We’ve seen great improvements that help better control our dog’s listening and behavior. The weekly virtual training sessions also really help us communicate and understand better on how to train effectively and understand improvements we can make at home. Training Tracks provide great input, tips, and suggestions specifically for our dog’s breed and personality. Would highly recommend going to them for obedience training and behavior. They gave our dog the best attention and love!
