I had a so/so experience with Tire Discounters several years ago but I gave them another chance this week and glad I did. Same day service despite not having an appointment and considering how busy they were. Gave explanation of what was needed and why. SUV running smooth with new fronts. With this improved service and friendly folks, will use again!

Wife’s car in for oil change and rotate tires. Friendly and professional employees. Next day took my truck in for slow leak in tire, no appointment. Even though they were busy, they fixed it in a timely manner

First, the little small guy behind the counter has a serious attitude. I've worked customer service and retail before, and it sucks because people are awful but my lord dude. He reminded me of the little angry bagel guy. The upselling is outrageous here. I'm aware of my brakes, already have it all planned out doing them on my own. Just wanted an oil change today and I don't do those on my own because they are annoying. I told them about being aware of my brakes and that I had a plan yet the salespitch continued. Just stop. I'm not going to pay the absurd price to do that and when I say that, that's the end of the conversation.
I won't go back. Way to pushy then the dude said yeah bring the parts and we will install them. Why would I do that? Getting brakes and rotors all around for my car is cheaper than just doing front brakes there and it's about 1-2 hours of my time. And it's cheaper than the price per axle he mentioned. I understand having to sell, but when someone tells you no and provides an answer, that's the end of it.
