I went to buy paint on May 29th at Home Depot Dudley Drive. The woman who helped me was so knowledgeable and helpful and friendly. She was waiting on me as well as helping two others with ease. I would like to thank her for her wonderful service and let Home Depot know she is a valuable asset to your company. I wish I had gotten her name.

Rented Penske truck from this Home Depot location couple of weeks ago. They cheated me and skimmed off money by a) documented that they gave it with full tank even though it was short of fill and b) padded extra mileage in the return bill. Will never rent Penske. Moreover the truck was missing the roof spoiler resulting in a very noisy ride.

Good store, I hope they had more items available for pickup instead of relaying solely on online delivery, etc. Especially, when you need the item immediately.The parking is available and there are plenty. The garden center needs a better care and more repository personnel.

I took my aunt and mother here to buy a weed whacker, which was a task I was dreading. We were met by two young store employees about college age, one guy and one girl, both African-American (using descriptors because I don't know their names). They were both very kind and offered a high level of service that you don't expect anymore these days. They were very patient with my anxious aunt and showed us different brands of whacker. Very impressive young people with strong people skills. We didn't buy the weed whacker, but we did come away with round-up. We'll be back to buy the weed whacker once my aunt gets over the fact that you can't buy a good one for less than $80. Great experience, thank you!

Buying appliances at a big box store can sometimes present difficulties if you are looking for customer service. Well, I'm very happy to say Robert B(Appliance Specialist) at the West Chester Store was incredibly helpful.Thank you !!!!!

Came here to pick up an online order and normally they have spots at the front for those but at this Home Depot store they have at least 6 to 10 spots blocked off for top employees of the month. That is kind of an odd way to recognize your employees. I went inside to pick up my order and I waited next to the online pickup for probably 5 minutes, not quite sure why the online pickup sign is to the side of customer service cuz it seems like that's potentially forgotten about

Assistant store manager Matt needs to learn more of daily consumer issues, if that’s his job. If not he needs to refer such issues to someone who is actually aware. And then put a 1# pkg to be p/up by 3rd party as he kept reminding me when it’s a TOILET!! Messed up. What happened to telling the truth???? If you made an error just fix it
