A very nice experience starting with finding ample parking at the doorstep to an inviting reception area with welcoming greeter to an offer of beverage to a great, professional cut. Highly recommend.

As a first time customer, I was very impressed with the time and attention Hillary gave me. She listened to my concerns and helped me decide on the perfect color for my hair. I also appreciated that no one pressured me into buying products. It was a friendly, casual atmosphere in a really cool old building, very charming!

I just had an incredible facial here! The aesthetician microplaned my face and my skin feels brand new!! Deana is their skincare expert, I overheard her helping a teenager with some acne issues before me.. she knows her stuff. Love this salon, my favorite in Cincinnati!

Zero Stars They only cater to the Heathy, weather you can see a disability or not As a disabled person who has many Neuro issues, Jackie "The Manager"tried to pull out the "we're going to have start charging you for missed appointments ". My stylist had been cooperative until the dear manager told me of this New Policy, that's not even listed on their website. It's breaking a law but I have two choices. Move on or fight. Not sure which one I have strength for. My point, don't plan to go here if you have chronic health issues, officially disabled or not. They will ultimately not work with you, even though I only get a hair cut. Below is what I copied from the ADA. THEY HAVE BROKEN THE LAW. Asked if I Could make it easier on them and call the day I'd like to be seen for my 15 minute haircut.. Called twice, oh darn as you would expect there was no room. If it weren't for the fact that Salons are a dime a dozen I would FIGHT THIS. I still might. Ended up getting in last minute at Mitchell's in Tori County, where Hanh fixed my lousy uneven cut. The Americans with Disabilities Act prevents a business's refusal of service based on a customer's disability. It prohibits discrimination in employment, transportation and public accommodations (such as stores, restaurants and most businesses.) These and several other laws mean that businesses cannot discriminate against protected classes which include: Race or color National origin or citizenship status Religious beliefs Sex Age Veteran status Disability or pregnancy Under federal law, you have a constitutional right to refuse service based on sexual orientation. However, many states and local governments have statutes prohibiting businesses from refusing service to customers based on their gender identity or sexual preference. Before you use your right to refuse service to a rude customer, ask yourself if your actions could be misconstrued as a breach of these laws.

Hillary is the absolute best. She worked extra hard and moved mountains to correct a bad hair color experience I received at another salon. I i’m sure she would’ve rather been home with her family instead of spending so much time on this color correction. She is truly wonderful and I am so excited to call Brickhouse my new hair salon. Change is always hard, and I am leaving a salon that I have been at for almost 20 years (unfortunately the source of my bad hair color Experience) and will be returning to Hillary for any hair services needed in the future. You will not be disappointed if you check them outService: Hair colouring
