Literally the worst process ever, I can only talk to someone for like 10 minutes at a time via email. I can ONLY talk to the person I was working with originally. I just want this process to be done it’s been over a week since I started it.

My issue is with the company it's self. They do not have many locations in this area and charge you for using any atm except their's, which are only at a branch.

I wish they had standard teller booth areas. It's always been a bit awkward to stand around waiting for help at this branch. That said, the staff are always friendly, helpful, and patient with me.

I’ve experienced 2 racism encounters with this exact location the feeling was terrible both times then what’s make it worse is that it’s feels like nothing can be done about it I’m not going to go in details with what happened but I do know nothing was done about the situation both times I don’t recommend this location at all

Our first couple of visits to Princeton Glendale were good. Then earlier this week we travelled 20 minutes to bring my son's ID because they made an error setting up his checking and debit account. Although we arrived 10 minutes before they closed, greeted as soon as we walked in, and waited until 5, we we were told we'd have to come back or make an appointment as it would take too long to open a new account. If someone had been available, I disagree. My son's info is on file, all they previously communicated needing was to update his I.D. and transfer his funds from savings. It was the first time we were treated like our time was of 0 importance and we were expendable numbers, not people. And they wanted to argue that they had sent notives my son did not respond to. That's true as he created a new secondary email he is not used to checking, still attends school full time, and for financial reasons is not yet driving. But, we did as instructed after our in office vist the prior Saturday! The point was moot, and insulting to our intellect. 'Something neither of us will soon forget.

Heather cheesman was a wonderful banker, she educated us well on the car loan rates, gave us all the info for that was very helpful. We will definitely be going with them once we have our car booked.
