ICEE machine RARELY works. Nobody takes responsibility for anything wrong. False advertising on the prices of the cups. Then the attendant decides to argue with me about it until I showed her and she just put her hands up and shrugged her shoulders.

Gentleman working at the register on a Sunday at about 4 pm. Saw my daughter was injured and using a crutch and was so beyond nice to her, and he didn't have to be. That store is blessed to have such a kind gentleman working for them.

The girl who works evenings/nights, she has dark hair usually up in a ponytail and wears a gray sweatshirt. She’s rude. This was my favorite location until she came. She’s tried to overcharge me three times now on fountain pops, claiming she thought it was an icee. Mistakes happen, but when I corrected her she said really snotty, that’s a slushee right?!? Like no it’s not!!. Make sure you get a receipt and watch how much you give her. Every other worker here has always been wonderful, but this girl has changed the entire vibe of the store. She is on her phone most times when you walk up to the counter, which is fine most people are anymore, but you should still acknowledge the customer in front of you. If it’s that important at least say I’ll be right with you, not just keep staring down at the phone and then greet us like you hate your job. I didn’t want to have to leave this, but that’s three strikes for me. I will travel to Monroe!

They play ads at the pump. There are other places nearby where you don't have to put up with that. I will not spend money to have ads blasted at me while I pump gas.

This speedway disciminates against people with disabilities. I had my service dog with me and carried her in wearing a diaper so that she would not have an accident. But they would not serve me. The attendant was very rude. Would not even let me open the door to give my husband his speedy rewards card number. Worst service and complete lack of support for people with disabilities. No sign was posted at door that did not allow me to have dog with me. I feel this maybe illegal. This happened this evening at 11:20 pm at speedway on West ChesterOhio. On cin day road how rude

Waited 10 minutes for the desk lady to decide she had time to ring up 3 items and some gas. If you're in a rush pick somewhere else.

Please fix your card terminals at the pumps. Half have a message saying terminal is inoperable and the other half say multiple cards of mine and my wife's have no chip and sale is cancelled, while my chipped card is in the terminal. I don't have this issue at any other speedway location.
