Waited over an hour plus to try to cancel the service. Worst run store! 4 reps available; 2 serviced one couple for over an hour with room full of customers.; one service 2 customers in over 1 hour as she was busy chatting, only one is servicing customer! You should just shut down the store! Finally our term and the rep does not know how to cancel it due to computer error! Store manager is working on it! Please think twice before you signup with them!

To preface this, I work in IT. I just moved from Austin to Cincinnati. I had an account with Spectrum in Austin and you'd think it would be easy to set up or move my account here. Nope. It's like you were never a customer before. Signing up and getting the service here has taken 3 days. I'm still waiting for the modem they said they sent 3 days ago. What's most frustrating is that my username (aka email address) doesn't transfer over or redirect. So your email address doesn't follow you (take note to ONLY use Spectrum emails for spam collection or as throw-away one offs). The ONLY bright spot in this ordeal is that the tech who came out was great. I hope he finds a better company to work for. AVOID if possible.

Poorly run. I was in there a few days ago to terminate my cable and internet service, and I waited an hour to see a customer service rep. There were three people who were working with two reps when I entered the store, and they were still with them when I left, meaning they were there for more than a hour. Much of the time they were just gossiping. They laughed and spoke loudly so everyone could hear them, and the customer service people made no effort to send them along even though they had customers waiting all over the store. It was the worst example of customer service I've seen. So glad I cut the cord and left Spectrum behind.

Only 1 Star. Had an appt and was greeted as I walked in. Employee working was extremely distant. Didn't answer questions I had and acted like I was a burden to him. Had to basically wake him up. Gave us the wrong phone number to activate equipment. Very rude employee. Wish I remembered his name.

I’ve been to this store more than a couple of times over 4years. Every time to return their equipment and each and every time I’ve been there k had ti sign up to be seen and it takes atleast 45mins to get to the first in line.Once the guy somehow missed to record the equipment return and I started getting collection calls to pay for them.

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced Joseph was rude and made me feel like I was a burden on him. I was nothing but nice and easy going.inwas made to feel extremely uncomfortable and a nuisance.

Joseph was incredible. I came in very stressed out not too long before they closed. I’d just moved and had to take my grandma’s name off of her plan since she’d passed as well as start my own, and I was very emotional. By the end of the night I left in tears because he’d made me laugh so much. He was so kind and so helpful, especially because I had absolutely no idea what I was doing. Thank you for all of the help with my new equipment and for letting me end the day with a smile (and an internet connection!)

Anything related to getting a new phone takes time. I feel they should have had three people working. The girl that helped me was great. 3 stars because new phones are expensive.

The wait times here are worse than the BMV. Do not come to any of their physical stores under any circumstances if you can avoid it, as you will be waiting at least 2 hours to be seen. Even if you are picking up equipment or dropping it off. ???

We were helped by a newly hired female, who explained our options for internet as we just moved. I want to say her name began with Dev. She was cheerful, optimistic and kept a positive attitude even with high traffic and having to do some learning off to the side. She did the math in front of us, and explained everything in detail. Had she not told us she was new - I wouldn’t have guessed it! She deserves a pat on the back for her patience and optimism! We are grateful!

This store manager is completely incompetent. There's a 10 person wait and he's just standing here with his thumb up his butt not helping anyone on any registers. This is horrible and my first impression is soured

My father died 05/20/23 & my sister cancelled his Spectrum TV & Phone service. I offered to return the several devices that were from Spectrum.When my name was called and I approached the service desk and told theperson behind the desk I was returning my father's devices, and that hehad died Sat 05/20, the service representative's first words were "You Got a Death Certificate"? I answered No, I did not have a Death certificate, do Ineed on?Not only was it asked in a rude manner, but there was no, "gee I'm sorry to hear your father died", etc. He then took the devices, read their serial numbers and looked at his screen. My sister had cancelled the service, so there was no need for a Death Certificate after all!I just changed to altafiber last month. After that rude experience, I'll never return to Spectrum.
