Their machine shop had a stuck bolt out of a thermostat housing within 5 hours. Being an aluminum part, they did nothing to damage the threading, 5 stars easy.

I’m writing today to thank Smythe automotive for saving me time and moneyCouple of days ago I bought a tire repair kit. It didn’t work. I read then reread the instructions. Looked up the technique on YouTube.It came with 40 tire plugs. Of the 20 or so that I tried, every one pulled out of the tool before it ever pulled the plug up through the hole.I returned it to the store and explained my dilemma. Manager told me there was tools are not returnable.I wasn’t even offered an exchange. He tells me it should work. I tell him it does not and show him the defect.He offered me no recourse, no exchange and no refund. I had and showed him the receipt. The transaction was only a few days old.I told the manager the only place for a tool like that was the trashcan. I dropped it in his trashcan on the way out the door. Female employees standing outside saw that. If anyone reading this wants a defective tire repair tool, you can find it in their trash can. 8868 Cincinnati Columbus Rd, West Chester Township, OH 45069Last winter I bought a battery there for my work van. It was properly sized, properly installed, and properly maintained. The charging circuit in the van is fully operational. That battery failed after one year.I drive about an extra eight minutes and pass other automotive suppliers to get to your store because I’ve been told this is the place to shop for automotive parts.I won’t be doing that anymore.Thanks for saving me the extra eight minutes and the extra gas it takes to drive to your store.Neil Volk

The employee literally took a tool out of the package and store to check if it would work for my (cousin's) vehicle. My uncle was extremely pleased with both the service and the purchase, which was twice as many bits and about $6 less than AutoZone charged.

This location isn’t like the the one on Springfield pike. This location is unfriendly towards black and brown people. The interaction with whites is different from they way they treat people of colour. The white men in there doesn’t speak to the black people that come in into the store however they greet the whites and is more welcoming. And most of the guys in there is old as dirt where is the emotional maturity smh

Arrogant, Childish staff. Tried to get a paint match mixed up for weeks. Staff continued to make excuses as to why they couldn't match a simple black metallic color match. They also informed they do not save color codes and have to re mix the paint every time. My exact conversation So you couldn't save my color code and have to mix it up once again ?! Staff " if I wrote down all the color codes for customers, I would have a stack of papers a mile high!" My response. So if you use a computer to mix the paint, why can't you save the color code also on the computer? Staff. We are not allowed to and we can't.
