Lance was very knowledgeable about the sleep number beds and made the experience relaxing and fun. Not normally two words you would use when mattress shopping. We walked in wanting to just try them out and left with a great deal.

Lance is excellent at what he does. He is knowledgeable and we appreciated the non-pushy approach. Your comfort is subjective and the in store experience is more educational and informative than pressuring which we appreciated. Love the new sleep number!
