From the moment I pulled in, they were welcoming, attentive, and as the process continued, very efficient with their time.The Operations Manager does not sit in a distant office, he has a large, orderly desk in front of the store location and kept me updated.It is rare to find this level of service. Had a flat tire put in tire repair request Shrader Tire responded immediately 60 to 90 mins was the response time. Frady the repair guy showed up real nice guy got the job done in no time and I'm back on the road Frady takes pride in his work this is the second he's come to the rescue. Job well done ??

This was a five star experience. It started with them helping me out. That alone is unheard of at this time of day. But it ended with me needing services. The customer service is great. And the individual who helped me Frogy I believe is his name he was right on time awesome. Thank You men for being right there to help. At any time I'm in the area and need assistance you are my go to.

Gustavo was very helpful if I could give more stars I would. Was told I would have a 2 hour wait and they showed about 30 mins after I got off the phone. Very quick and very professional

I got off work and found I had a flat tire, road side assistance came and put air I my tire, relief. Didn’t want to drive home with a bad tire. Turned to google for a tire repair shop and SHRADER Tire and Oil was just across the street. When I say service with a smile I mean they were awesome to me, repaired the tire in no time and I was on my way. God knows how to put the right people and places in your life when you need them. They have a forever customer and a friend. Thank you so much Ms. Tonya and the tire tech Gustavo, and the rest of the team, for a job well done?

Called to get a tire changed on a semi. Showed up, everyone was friendly and was very helpful. Freddy was the mechanic that changed the tire. Lifted the truck and changed it without even waking up my dog in the sleeper. Excellent service would go here in any tire emergencies

I want to think Shrader Tire and Oil, for their exceptional service, and going above and beyond. Nobody else could get to me in less than two hours. You guys showed up within the hour very professional I apologize I can’t remember the gentleman‘s name that took care of me but he was amazing. I needed one tire replaced thought that I needed 2 tires replaced, and he could have easily replaced them and not said a word but one of the tires was repairable and repaired it and replace the tire that was needed in a very timely manner. Great job you guys keep up the good work. I am with BLS trucking we haul for Carter Lumber and today. You guys save the day for us. Thank you again.

We had a slow leak on the steer tire of our RV and they got us in right away, discovered there was a small nail in the tire. Great quick service as always, thanks Jim. Shrader is our go to place whenever we are in the Cincinnati area. We always leave happy and satisfied with the quality of their work whether it’s on our Semi Truck, RV, or on regular cars and trucks they always do a great job at a fair price.

In 23 years of trucking I have never had a repair truck show up in 20 minutes! Fredy was absolutely wonderful. I thanked him so much for coming to the rescue so quickly! He said "you don't make any money if you're not driving, I'll get yoy going right away!" And he did! He was such a sweetheart.
