I feel like it is dependent upon who is serving you when you walk in the door, if you get the right person the service is amazing if you get the one that you can't understand and isn't into customer service or looking up proper pricing or using the current sales coupons so you need to keep on them to do their job correctly while the other employee looks at you as if to say "sorry sir" well I guess that's the world we live in now... so we will ask to speak to the employee we are used to getting the good service from or go elsewhere moving forward.Verify that the items you buy are at the price listed on the shelf!

The experience inside this store was wonderful! The associate working was kind and knowledgeable and everything I needed was quickly completed. I will always be a loyal SW paint fan but the experience inside this particular store seals the deal & causes me to want to always come here first. Great work West Chester Sherwin-Williams!

Read the fine print its states forfeited in 14 days .if not picked up . I understand that but it also tells you not to come to the store until notified . Unfortunately they dont notify you . And the stores says it a tech problem not theirs . Too bad . I called no answer finally just drove there and paint was ready .no one cared . Not the stores problem . I will not be buying from them again . Its shady they know there is a problem. But not fixing . Could cost you major money .their paint is not cheap . I have proof and all my emails .and they admitted it was a problem on their part online . So I would advise you to be careful dealing with them

I'm loyal to SW paint and prefer to purchase at their stores. Yesterday solidified that decision because of the above and beyond service from Jared. He was polite, knowledgeable & helpful when I asked questions and asked for suggestions.

Emailed and then called to confirm an order for one gallon of paint. Was told it by the woman who answered the phone it would be ready to pick up in 20 minutes. I decided to give them 45 minutes just for good measure. Arrive at store and wait for 10 minutes for a disheveled agitated female to stumble out of the break room after notifying male employee I had arrived to pick up my phone/email order. Female doesn’t acknowledge me at the counter. I have to ask to find out the paint has not been mixed.Female employee begins slamming things on the counter. With printed email in front of her, she asks how to spell my last name. After another 10 minutes she rings me up after not shaking the paint as long as required. After dropping the paint can on the counter, she waits until I’m halfway out of the store to say in a passive aggressive smarmy tone “oh I hope you have a faaaaantastic day sir”.I won’t be going back to this location until Sherwin has figured out how to automate her position. Shouldn’t be hard, she isn’t doing much and AI algorithms don’t become indignant when they’re found to be incompetent.
