Last summer I had my wedding reception at The Savannah Center, and unfortunately, my overall experience was less than ideal. Planning from another state made communication challenging, and the floor plan didn't allow guests to fully enjoy key moments like our wedding party introductions and first dance. I was also saddened that they threw out our cake topper (that we requested to save) at the end of the night. However, the most disappointing aspect was the rude behavior of the bartenders. The older male bartender, in particular, left a lasting negative impression. He told my husband (the GROOM) to get to the end of the line for a drink and made disrespectful comments to my friends and family when they were trying to get me a drink — “if the bride wants a drink she can get it herself” and then he would proceed to cut them off from any drinks, even for themselves. Despite a generous tip, the bartenders also ruined our specialty cocktails, affecting the overall atmosphere of the celebration. While our guests managed to have a good time, the ongoing comments about the bartender's behavior continue to linger even a year and a half later. It's regrettable that such an important day is marred by these issues, and I feel compelled to share this feedback to inform others considering the Savannah Center. Despite the challenges, the day was special thanks to our wonderful guests who know how to make the best of any situation.I hope this feedback helps others make informed decisions when choosing a wedding venue.

We attended a wedding reception here. The bartenders were inconsistent when making drinks and the biggest surprise was how overcooked the vegetables were and how tasteless the steak and chicken were. The steak was really tender but didn't have any flavor.

I want to give a big thank you to The Savannah Center, especially Mary Burns and her team that helped us make it all come together for our 20th Vow Renewal Celebration! Mary was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was very attentive to our needs and always responded in a timely manner from start to finish. The team was very accommodating while working with our schedule. The dinner staff was friendly and kept the dinner service moving throughout the evening. We had one issue with a guest request and Mary was able to handle the issue without involving my coordinator which was awesome. I can't say enough great things about our experience. We truly had one of the best times of our lives! Our guests truly enjoyed themselves and loved the venue. We hope that we can use the venue again in the future. -Autumn & JR

My parents hosted a reception for 300+ people, and used Savannah center for two evenings. I would not recommend this venue for the following reasons. There are other venues in Cincinnati. Please take your business elsewhere.1. There is absolutely no customer service from our main point of contact, Steve. Once they get you to sign a contract, there is no service after that.2. Steve Dawkins was absolutely disrespectful to our vendors, guests and my parents - speaking in a condescending manner multiple times, being unclear, unhelpful and making mistakes (in something as simple as putting the right number of plates at the tables). I’ve never encountered someone so unhelpful. If you are going to work in the service industry, you need to have basic customer service skills.3. Making comments such as - “this is an Indian event, so x,y,z” - first off, do not define what you offer an event based on the culture, and second it was a Sri Lankan and Pakistani event. Like telling us we don’t need knives because it’s “an Indian event”. We do not appreciate these type of racist comments.4. The unlimited dessert bar was for an hour - it did not last that long. If you offer a dessert station for a certain period - it needs to be there. We shouldn’t need to stand there and police it.The one star is because at least the other staff workers were cordial.

It was pleasant with a large banquet hall and cool staircase. The restrooms were large with individual doors in the stalls. The facility was NOT accommodating for special diet and fed everyone a giant mushroom who had any dietary needs.

Went for an event. Beautiful place. Only thing I didnt care for was when the servers were clearing dishes as the speaker was talking. Was a lil distraction. The food served was great tho.

Son and daughter-in-law had their wedding at the Savanah Center in West Chester Township Ohio this past weekend and everything was beautiful! They had the wedding outside and although it was chilly outside it was beautiful! The staff made sure everything was taken care of.
