don't come to this store and expect to spend time in there. they NEVER let customers use the bathrooms. it's always some lame excuse. "oh we closed them for the night" ma'am it's 2 in the afternoon. Or "we're having sewer problems" i come in here maybe twice a month and always have to walk to big lots. and a low plus size section with barely any cute clothes for toddler girls.

This is a smaller version of TJ Maxx in my opinion. Very clean and somewhat organized but not a lot of different options.

There is not as much variety at this store compared to other Ross stores in the area. I would like to see more home decor items. Also, please make sure if you buy any clothing or scarves from Ross, recheck your items to ensure the magnetic tag is removed.

This raggedy store. So dirty it’s disgusting. Manager had a bad attitude. You would think being in West Chester it would be nice. I was very wrong. Not shocked but, surprised.

Went to Ross after a long day at work. As I approached the check out line the two clerks there was looking at me as though I didn’t belong there. I observed the clerks being fry with the white people but not the black peoples. This store is trash along with its racist employees.

I give it one star because the truth is that whenever you want to go to the bathroom it is out of service you cannot stay in the store for a long time for the same reason and if you go with one less child the children always want to go
