My elderly mother bought a vehicle from the GM of this establishment. Then I find out after everything is done that the vehicle has a rebuilt/salvage title!! He never mentioned this in the ad or when I was talking to him in person. I admit I didn't look close enough at the title and trusted the guy was being honest. I guess that's what I get. Then before I can message him about it he takes the ad down and blocks me so I can't message. I'm pretty sure what he did was illegal so I'm getting my lawyer to take care of it. I don't know how much of this had to do with this business but as the GM he represents this business and if he did me that way then who's to say he's not gonna do other people the same. You just can't trust anyone anymore. smh

Family owned and operated businesses just seem to have that special sauce and Queen City Auto House is no different. Bryan and his team are true pros. They are honest, straightforward and courteous. They kept me in the loop while my car was being serviced and all updates were clearly communicated and the completed forecast was right on schedule. If you are in Butler or Warren county there is absolutely no other option than QC AH. We will use them for all our vehicles.Services: General repairs & maintenance

I brought my Mercedes wagon to Queen City Auto House (QCAH) after experiencing several issues, including the need for airbag replacement, air compressor repair, suspension replacement, and a full fluid service. I was thoroughly impressed with the team of technicians at QCAH. Their knowledge and expertise were evident, and the level of customer service they provided was top-notch.Not only did they excel in their service quality, but their pricing and availability of parts were also incredibly reasonable. In fact, the costs were significantly less than what I would have incurred at a dealership.Bryan, Doc, and the entire team at Queen City Auto House went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. Their new location is truly outstanding, providing a pleasant and convenient environment for customers. Thanks to their exceptional service, I'm now a loyal customer of QCAH. Additionally, their wide selection of used cars caught my eye, and I'm seriously considering getting a summer cruiser from them in the future.Services: Electrical repair

Just recently bought a car from Bryan, one I’ve been wanting a long time. Drove roughly 5 hours to get it. Communication was great, very personable. He definitely has some cool stuff there!

Great guys! Bryan, the Owner and Doc the sales manager were amazing in helping us out! I had an employee down on his luck, got into an accident and the other party did not have insurance. He was sharing one vehicle between him and his wife and three kids! Ina VERY smooth transaction, we ended up leaving the lot with not one, but TWO cars for my employee and his family! I 100% recommend this dealership and will most certainly be referring all friends and family. Bryan, Doc - THANK YOU! You made the world of a difference to a family in need! You guys are the standard for what a dealership should be! Will be seeing you guys soon!

While I was not able to come to an agreement trying to purchase one of the vehicles Queen City Classics had posted, the experience itself was outstanding. Doc and Bryan were courteous to my requests and experts in the field.

the man who sold the car was nice but the car itself has so many issues that weren’t discussed and it’s to the point it can’t be driven. we bought it with a blown head gasket and wasn’t told? ran for 3 weeks max for 7,000!? definitely a scam.

Do NOT trust this car dealership. I'll try to give you the high-level overview of my situation. I found a 2006 Ford Ranger on Cars.com with very low miles, only ever owned by the state of WV per the Carfax report. I called in to inquire about the truck, and they let me pay a 10% deposit to hold it for a few days since we'd have to make the drive from Columbus to get it. So far so good! My husband and I drove down and met with the owner, Brian, in the shop to fill out paperwork. He was nice and accommodating. We did a quick visual inspection of the truck, and everything aligned with what we could see on the listing (at least, cosmetically). While taking the test drive, the Brake and ABS lights turned on in the dash, so Brian had the technician double-check that it was just a sensor issue. They cleared the code, we got on the road and headed home, very excited about our new (to us) truck that we hoped to have for many years. After we were home, the ABS and Brake warning lights continued to come on, so we made an appointment with our local mechanic to have them checked out. We were fully prepared to put a bit more money into the truck if needed, since we planned to have it many years. About a week or so later after we had our appointment, our trusted mechanic called and advised us that the underside of the truck was so rusted that it "looked like it had sat in a pond for four years". We were shocked to learn that the truck was in such bad shape in the undercarriage that our mechanic could not even attempt to remove screws or access the brake system for fear of irreparable damage. He left it up on the lift for my husband to also inspect the underside. Basically, this truck is so rusted that we are unable to do any additional work on it, and not only that, it could begin to deteriorate at any time. We were absolutely devastated. Fortunately, our mechanic is great and didn't even charge us for the inspection (shout out to Howiler-Stroud on the west side of Columbus!!). I called the office to inquire about what their inspection process is like for vehicles before they resell them. Of course I was frustrated, but also curious about how they could have missed such a glaringly obvious mechanical problem. They advised they do not have the room/capacity to do all of the auto work themselves, so they send the cars down the street for that work. They stated they put them up on the lift, open the hood, essentially do a full work-up of the car. Obviously this 3rd party shop either didn't actually do the inspection, purposefully lied about the state of the car, or informed the dealership and they chose to ignore it. Of course, I will never know if it's a lie to save face or if they actually just purposefully overlook issues to turn a profit. Brian offered that I could drive back down to Cincy and he'd take a look at it for me --- but what exactly would he be able to do for me that my mechanic wouldn't be able to do? I told him that unless he was willing to reimburse me some of the money I paid toward the vehicle, I didn't see a point. So, now I spent about $9K on a truck that I will basically only have for a few months, then have to sell for scrap because it's unsafe to drive. Oh, and within the last month the handle to the bed has broken, and the windshield wipers no longer work. I have learned my lesson to never trust any used car dealership at face value. Ask if you can take a vehicle to be inspected at your own shop before you agree to purchase, and DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. Save yourself the time and money.
