I called one morning with a battery that was dead and I had jumped. They fit me in checked and replaced the battery. I was out the door really quick, great friendly service would definitely recommend.

My favorite shop in Cincinnati. I’m confident that they fixed my car. I’ve been to many mechanics over the years so I’ve become completely jaded. I’m used to repairs being quick band aids and excuses rather than actually fixing issues. My car actually drives better than when it went to the shop. Very satisfied and fully recommend.

Backdrop:Our vehicle lost power with what appeared to be an issue with a battery or alternator. Initially, we chose to tow the vehicle to Day Heights Auto Service, in Loveland, based on proximity and Google Rating (2.5 miles from my location).Day Heights Auto Service’s agent, Tim, received the vehicle and prepared an estimate for repair. After running ‘diagnostics’, Tim stated that the vehicle would need a new alternator, belt, and battery at a figure of $1,400+.After completing a quick search on line, results suggested that a range of $750-900 was more aligned to our vehicle and proposed issues. While still on the phone with Day Heights Auto Service’s agent, Tim, I noted the results and asked why we might being seeing such a gap in his quote to online figures - Tim stood his ground on his quote.After making a few calls, we elected to take the vehicle to Precision Auto Service Center. Brenda presented an estimate for repairs at $1000.Precision Auto, Brenda’s team, completed the work in a day at $900. Under budget ?. In the end, the alternator and belt needed replaced…. No need for a new battery. Brenda was very reasonable with her estimate and honest; ultimately, under promising and over delivering.Overview:We HIGHLY recommend Precision Auto Service Center. Brenda was very custom oriented and focused on resolving our trouble as expeditiously, and reasonably, as possible.Going forward, I’ve found a home with Precision Auto and Brenda - We’ll travel the 16 miles to work with Precision Auto Service Center. Great experience overall! Very quick to fit you in and able to diagnose the problem and take care of it on a timely manner. And very delicious cookies at the end!I had several routine and non routine issues with my cars and all were taken care of by Brenda and her team. Highly recommended!
