I feel like when someone is banking and they need a signature from the lead person that person being on the phone should put them on hold and tend to business in house.

I mostly do online banking except for making deposits which I always do from the outside but the tellers are nice speaking but I very sudden go inside the bank just for the convenience

The bank LITERALLY refused to break a $100 bill for me! Piece of garbage teller made me wait for 5 minutes to tell me ‘No I won’t do that for you’.Update - I called corporate and they spent 25 minutes looking up their policy and indeed - they won’t make change unless you can prove you have an account with them. Common courtesy means nothing to this bank.

I am I am so disappointed PNC Bank because I try to deposit some money which was 25 $20 bills and two $100 bills at first it was working OK and then all of a sudden as soon as I put in the cash return four of my 20 bills and it said to try again at the time and actually give back my card as well and when I was trying to try again, my money was gone so when I checked my balance, it was still the same and $620 what is missing basically it stole my money, the ATM.

Got a cold call a week ago to review my accounts. Made an appt because I had been considering changing things anyway. Went in for the appt and the guy I made the appt with had no idea who I was or what I was doing there. He appeared flustered so I walked out. Definitely does not give me a lot of confidence in handling my money.

Stay away from this local no respect to customers.Never seen a bank that refuse new customers just because someone is lazy and want to end his shift early, "it's 5:20pm now come back another day"!!! Seriously!!

Worst bank ever. No words can describe how elusive they are with everything and when you need something they can never help. You spend hours getting a run around from them. I happily pulled my accounts from here and will never bank with PNC again.

I’m a costumer with them since 2013 the brunch on cox rd they are so unhelpful everytime i went there they should say something different than other brunches so i will never go to this location again.

Opened an account with the assistant manager, three days after I received an email telling me she did not get all required info to satisfy the patriot act. I had to waste time on a day off to bring further documentation. Then they NEVER ordered my checks, which I asked multiple times about.

Sabah and her staff is amazing. Very quick and organized and helpful with questions when needed. The tellers and bankers are outstanding as well. Not to mention they are very clean bank.
