Always short staffed . Always hard to deal with If you need a bank don’t come here you will lose your time and work. Try Chase Bank couple blocks away they seem to be much versed in many aspects

Having read some of the comments, my wife and I were a little concerned opening an account at this branch. Candace assisted us in setting up our account and was outstanding, making us feel welcomed and providing the best in customer service. She also assisted in setting up the online account. We watched with interest, the interaction of others conducting their business with other bank employees. The staff handled everyone promptly and with great service. Candace has the personality and ability to make this branch a huge success!

Honestly a great place overall, switched from Chase to PNC. It wasn't too bad of a thought especially to those with bad to no credit firstly. Secondly, the benefits you can have with this bank is substancial between money managing and not to mention at least from experience so far, a good team (in this location as of right now).

Slow and not attentive to detail. No sense of regard for others time. I had to return twice due to issues that the banker made. Really disappointing.

Pregnant lady that was there was awesome. new guy at the end also good. The rest of the team seems lazy to be honest and the manager....he’s pretty bad. I bring my girl to do stuff there pretty often and I swear this dude never works or is never there. Seeing other reviews I decided I’d speak up too. He is pretty bad man.

It took a while before I was even spoken to. When I finally was it was by a kid who asked too many questions and couldn’t help. I could tell he was trying to get the manager to come out because he was typing and looking into his office. Needless to say he never came out and sat there typing away never looking up. That’s the same branch manager that helped my husband before and messed up our accounts then passed him off when he came back to have it fixed. Not so much as a sorry. I’ll never be back. This was it for me. He is truly the worst manager I’ve ever encountered and this branch lately. Wow

Don't expect much service from this branch Or PNC. 6years client at this location. My experience has been very bad but I kept returning due to the convenient location. And It's on my to work. However when a branch manager Is too busy playing on his cell phone to talk to me. I have decided to take my business somewhere else.

Over withdrew on my account for the first time in over 10 years ... not a big deal went an deposited the cash as it was my mistake . I asked the teller if the could reverse the fee an before I told her to look at my account history she says “no” .... she then tells me I can talk to the manager who was flirting with the teller woman next to her .... I said no an that I would call corporate .. on the phone with corporate only took them maybe 30 seconds to see I have never over with drawn an credited my account back ...my advise don’t go into that branch the manager is too busy flirting with the young ladies that work there an the other tellers won’t even listen to you ... I know automated AI systems that are more helpful......

If I could give zero stars I certainly would because that is the level of concern that Amy at this branch had for my issues. Opening a bank account on Saturday, she did not provide information about any fees, gave me misinformation about when my funds (cash funds used to open the account) would be available, as well as provided misinformation about depositing an international check and the fee they would charge me to do so. And when I asked why she did not provide all the information or even correct information, I received little more than a cardboard response the had less emotion that a form letter. I am closing this account IMMEDIATELY and taking my business to 5/3rd.
