First time shopping here, recommended on Google. I have to agree, good, friendly service. The young lady who helped me out seemed knowledgeable and polite. I asked a few questions and was out pretty quick without spending a ton. They even let me spin the wheel by the register for a discount, great idea.

Honestly always a good time walking in. Staff is super helpful and kind. Alex and everyone else is super chill and always has a great suggestion when it come to picking out flavors . I will definitely come back again :):)

Absolutely lovely place! Like a smoke shop superstore for literally anything you could need. This location has been here for a while and I always loved coming here when I lived closer. Was happy to be able to stop in today and will be out there more often! :) <3 Avielle and Hannah were super nice and helped me find this beautiful pipe that I'm super hyped about :)) thank you all! After weeks of looking all over town for Broad Spectrum CBD, I discovered this Planet Caravan location in West Chester. Chloe and Brenton welcomed me to the store and helped me find an affordable, lab-tested product that I could use with confidence. Thanks to the awesome staff, I will definitely be using this store in the future!

Rachel & Chloe are awesome .they helped us find what we were looking for & answered questions abt most of the products inside the store , they were super chill and down to earth . Has to be my favorite smoke shop in the west chester area
