We have been using Pfister for almost 20 years. We had our 2 previous dogs and now we have our 2 current dogs going there. In addition, we have our 2 cats as well. I wouldn't go anywhere else in town. Dr. Pfister is a wonderful doctor and he takes his time with us and NEVER trying to rush us out the door. We have also used the boarding service there. Great animal hospital, I highly recommend it!

We just joined this practice and our Shih Tzu Marley had bladder stones removed. Excellent care from the first visit to pick up. Very professional, kind care. We have another Shih Tzu you will be seeing soon. Highly recommend Dr. Pfister and all of his employees. We are glad we changed to Pfister Animal Hospital!

Pfisters Animal Hospital is one of the best veterinary clinics I have ever been to!!! And I’ve had dogs all my life.
Everyone's priority is the animals. The medical team and all personnel from the front desk to behind the scenes are kind and compassionate. You can tell they love their jobs and all the animals.
Great location in West Chester, quality care and a clean facility for medical, overnight care and grooming!!!
They cared for and helped me say goodbye to old girl with dignity a year ago. And they welcomed my new little one who is deaf and blind with open arms.
Putting my mind at ease that my little guy’s disability will not stop us!
Pam in grooming and the whole team have been very patient and loving to my little crazy man as he learns to navigate his world in darkness and silence. She is amazing with him.
I recommend Pfisters to everyone. ??

I have used Pfister Animal Hospital since 2001. Dr. Pfister always takes the time to discuss my dogs' current needs and I never feel rushed at their annual exams. He also doesn't try to sell me extra services I don't need.

Very disappointing to notice they charged us "refill fee" for refilling 6 antibiotic pills (refill fee + cost of pills). Last week, our other house cats chewed up the foil pack for the sick cat. 6 pills went missing (not sure if they ate them). So I had to refill 6 pills. When I asked why 6 pills cost almost as much as 20 pills, I was told there's "refill fee". We have spent thousands on two of our cats in the past year. Seriously!
