We were completely blown away by this incredible place! As soon as we stepped inside, we were greeted by the sight and scent of a stunning variety of flowers, and the staff's warm smiles and charismatic personalities assured us that we had chosen the perfect spot. In just 10 minutes, our floral arrangement was expertly crafted, leaving us in awe of the talent and dedication of everyone involved. The boutique was absolutely breathtaking, the most beautiful we had ever laid eyes on. And to top it all off, we could feel the love and care that went into creating it. I live in Bend Oregon. I sent flowers to my niece, in Liberty Township. Found this wonderful florist on line. Called them, they were so friendly and helpful and the flowers were beautiful. Thank you Petals and Things. Will definitely use you again!

My best friend unexpectedly lost her dog yesterday. She moved to West Chester a few months ago and I am not familiar with the area. I looked online and saw companies such as 1-800 flowers but thought I’d support a local business. I placed my order before 12pm for same day delivery per the website. Nearing the end of my shift, I just wanted to make sure my friend got her flowers. I called and the person who answered was SO kind and said they either were out for delivery or just delivered. I didn’t even have to ask- they said they would contact the driver to see, was put on a brief hold and they confirmed that she was just receiving them. My friend sent me a picture of the flowers, they were BEAUTIFUL. I was more than happy with this company for creating a beautiful bouquet and delivering in just a few hours time. It seemed like they truly cared (because I know they read the notes) and I thought that was very special. Highly recommend and so thankful for their kindness.

Edit: alright back to 4 stars. I was issued a full refund and they just delivered the flowers they didn't yesterday at no charge. Still frustrating so I'm giving 4 but they did make it right and I'll continue to use this local florist.5 stars to 1. Ordered flowers 2 weeks in advance for Valentine's day and they didn't show up. I called to check status three times through the day and every time from noon to 6pm I got the "it's on the truck" answer. Flowers never showed up. Called just now and they had the flowers with no notes so I guess he just tired of delivering stuff. Poor business practice and a huge let down. Juat got a "well were sorry" response from person on the phone. No offer of discount or anything. I'll see if I get a full refund and update. I order from here 5+ times a year and I think I'll just use 1800 flowers or something moving forward. What a disappointment.

I what to thank the stall at Petals and Things for helping with the center piece for our Christmas dinner. On Friday we picked up the piece, after beginning to set up the table we quickly realized we had ordered one too small for the table. I stopped in Saturday morning without an appointment and told them the issue. He said give me a minute and went to the back room. He came back out front with the reworked piece and it was perfect. I want it thank them for coming to our rescue. .

Horrible customer service! Ordered Christmas flowers and sat on HOLD forever to confirm if the order was delivered! Never called or sent an email to confirm. Will NEVER use them againRosemary- the below is a total LIE. I sat on hold going on 5 minutes while whoever was trying to find out if my delivery was confirmed. Yes I did get angry, but when your rep tried to turn the tables on me for keeping me on hold, and not taking the responsibility, I was livid that a paying customer had to go through this process with you. I apologize for getting angry. But this doesn’t give him the right to put someone on hold for that long without coming back and explaining.Also, I never hung up on anyone! HE hung up on meI have used your shop before and thoroughly trusted your services. I recalled your shop after holding 4 minutes. 38 seconds. That is NOT hanging up on someone. Again, get the story correct

First time customer and very pleased! After having had several disappointing experiences with other florists in the West Chester area, with either boring arrangements or not so fresh and even wilted flowers, I decided it was time to try out a new florist. I decided to drop in to shop at Petals & Things on my way home from work recently, and I’m so glad I did! I had an amazing experience, from being greeted first walking in the door, to collaborating on a design, to receiving my flowers. Rosemary, the owner, is very friendly and helpful, as is David, whom I collaborated with to design a matching wrist corsage and boutonniere set for my son and his date for homecoming. David is a great listener and extremely artistic, very creative and talented!! With only a few photos of her dress and my son’s matching accessories, David was inspired to create the most beautiful and unique design to complement their outfits! He chose the loveliest seasonal greens and suggested some very unique tiny flowers to complement some sweetheart roses. Along with the flowers, the colors of ribbons and crystals he recommended, the arrangements were stunning—matched their outfits perfectly and looked gorgeous. I have never seen a prettier corsage and boutonniere! The flowers were so fresh when we picked them up, and they stayed fresh all night long! Petals & Things truly exceeded my expectations, and I look forward to working with them again very soon!

I needed a floral arrangement for a birthday at the last minute. I was able to walk in and get great service from everyone there! Thank you for the help on short notice. My neighbor loved her birthday flowers! (I failed to get a picture of them before I gave them to her, sorry).

We were in mourning when we showed up, 20 minutes before closing with no idea of what we wanted. Kathy was wonderful as she helped us navigate a very difficult time picking arrangements for my young niece's funeral. She was gracious and kind, and the flowers we got were exactly what we asked for and absolutely stunning. Thank you.

I can’t say enough about how wonderful this place is! They made the most beautiful and elegant bouquet and matching boutonnière for my sons prom.The price was incredible and the flowers held up so nicely. The staff was incredible and patient with me! They were so careful to preserve the flowers until I got them where they needed to be. Give them a try! You won’t be disappointed!
