Took my newly adopted Husky to get her first groom! I feel bad because I can't remember the groomers name but he was great with my Girl and she was beautiful afterwards! She will be going to Pet Palace on a regular grooming schedule!

The only place our dogs actually enjoy staying. They run in with their tails wagging every time! Clean environment and they keep the cats in a totally separate area.

I trust my four fur babies to pet palace anytime we travel!! They treat them just like their own and my pups always come home happy. If you are looking for a place to board your pets and want them treated like family you found the place!

I have been bringing Mr. Oscar here for day care and for boarding almost as long as they have been open, and the experience has always been fantastic. He pulls me to the door, excited to show up for fun with his pals, and he always hesitates to leave, which tells me he is a happy camper! Everyone knows him on sight and gives him a big greeting when he walks through the door--a bonus that makes it clear that the staff love to see him as much as he enjoys seeing them. And when things don't always go as planned (because dogs sometimes can do strange/unpredictable/goofy things) the staff--especially Taylin--always respond quickly and professionally to my concerns. This is why I keep bringing Mr. Oscar back, as I have full confidence that he is receiving topnotch care and attention.

We cannot say enough about this place and the humans that work here. They have fun events for the animals, like the Puppy Bowl! My pup ruined his toys on the way one morning and I didn’t have any to leave for him. They found him a toy for the day because they didn’t want him to be without.
My pup looks forward to his drop offs when it’s that day of the week. I really can’t say enough good stuff about Pet Palace - we’re lifelong clients!
Take your animal here, you definitely won’t regret it and you won’t feel guilty about leaving them either.

We have used Pet Palace since they opened this location & for 2 of our fur babies & the care & love they have give is exceptional! We never worry when going away.

Our dog, Aria, has been doing Doggie Daycare here since this location opened in March 2021. She goes 1-2 times a week and loves it !!! Gets to play with her doggie friends and also gets some downtime in between play groups. She got groomed today for the first time here and Carla did a great job getting her looking awesome for the Spring !!!

We absolutely love everything about Pet Palace in West Chester!! We have boarded our French Bulldog, Zoey, since they first opened! We use them for daycare as well so she can get her playgroup with her doggie friends!
The staff is so friendly and welcoming to me but most importantly, Zoey! She absolutely adores going there. She knows exactly where we are as soon as we pull into the lot. Every staff member that I have ever encountered, treats her as if she is VIP! (She thinks she is!)
The place is so clean and organized! Would HIGHLY recommend! We have tried several other boarding places around and none of them compare to Pet Palace!

We have been using Pet Palace for several years now and absolutely love them. They are so good to my boy Kylo and I swear, every time I drop him off, they always know who he is before I even say anything (and they have a lot of staff and dogs). I always know my baby is in good hands when he is there!
Also, on Valentine's Day they took the most adorable pictures of him without me even asking, or paying. It made my day.
