I actually had an issue of the wrong flower being sent and they replaced it immediately without my even asking. Customer service was over the top responsive and will always but flowers from them!

I have always used oberer for my flower gifts but never again..flowers I ordered to be sent to Florida for my daughter birthday never delivered...when I called to inquire the lady at the store told me it was because I didn't spend enough money...I spent 71.00 using a gift card and credit card and she said I had to spend 75.00 to have Florida florist even bother to fill order...this lady was condescending and rude and when I didn't have my daughter phone # she said to get it and call back...I did and called back and was put on hold snd a lady Tiffany in Dayton finally picked up and handled a refund..I am hugely surprised at this experience as this is the first time I have ever gone into a store...never again

this is my go to place for flowers i used to just get cheap flowers at krogers but after seeing how much bigger there roses are and how much better they smell than krogers ive been going to oberers for a while now i usually get the two dozen red roses and they are beautiful they are the prettiest roses ive ever seen these are 2 seperate bouquets they are always perfect

Horrible flower shop. Don't go there. Today my husband bought me three bouquets of roses there. They gave him very old dry ones, I couldn't even put them in a vase, they all fell apart. Terrible service, such an attitude towards their customers, they sell garbage for such crazy money.

An arrangement was sent to me with an Angel Wing stone and instructions for five roses.
The roses represented my late husband and my grandsons from family n Florida.
Three spiky purple flowers were subbed. It was not attractive and the special meaning of the five roses wAs lost.Sharing my disappointment.

I ordered custom arrangement for a funeral and it looked terrible. Orange Gerber daisies I added and paid for were not in the arrangement. You didn't notice the flowers only the greenery that stuck out in large clumps. I will be calling them back and I will never order from them again.

Beautiful flower arrangements
Our wedding reception flowers and my wife's wedding bouquet were gorgeous! We picked the Sunrise pattern and with our white on white table and seat covers-they really popped. We had elevated and small vase arrangements. They were very nice. Marissa worked with us and she was wonderful! She worked with our budget and really made our night more special. Thank you again.

Highly recommend! I love this location! All the staff is always so friendly and helpful! I won’t get flowers from anywhere else!
