They always seem to do well at this location even if the wait may be a little long sometimes it's worth it because I feel like they actually pay attention to treat my 2 pups

Reply to owner: My husband informed me that the vet was not leaning towards diagnostics even though it was offered. He did not mention any sort of medicine even upon asking him just now. He called me when the vet stepped out of the room to tell me what he heard seconds ago and medication was not mentioned at all. I made it a point to have him double check with the vet on medication because I knew it was possible due to the occurrence last year, but again nothing was offered. He did tell me, however, that blood work would be around $125 which is ridiculous considering our cat had the same symptoms last year and it was prescribed without blood work. Your team could have seen that in his file. I'm not sure why one location needs blood work and the other doesn't. This is our experience. In-person customer service and communication could definitely be improved. I will give back 1 star for virtual professionalism to our dissatisfaction as I do appreciate that aspect.Update: I went to the Colerain location and they treated my fur baby justly - he received the treatment he needs. I know these locations are all under the same company and won't bad talk each other, but I highly recommend Colerain over West Chester.Original review: My husband took our cat here today instead of our usual location on Colerain. Let me tell you how livid I am. My cat is normally hungry and playful 24/7 (orange cat, right?). He recently has not been finishing all his food, he sleeps a lot, is less vocal, less playful, AND MOST IMPORTANTLY he has blood in his stool. The stool is also liquid. This was previously remedied last year with a medicine from the Colerain location. What did West Chester do? Send him home with NOTHING. He has had liquid stool for over a week and you send him with nothing? I'm so mad and stressed. I'll be taking him to the Colerain location where they know how to care for fur babies. I love paying a vet fee twice for something that could've been remedied in one visit. (Photo for reference of what they DID NOT fix - my cat gives this place a huge L)

Gave my dog shots I did not ask for, without telling me and charged me $200. These people are sneaky.

Everytime I come here I keep getting more distracted about the costume service.First incident was when getting home from picking up a refill. I noticed that they gave me the wrong medicine. Did call after noticing the mistake and they reassure me that it was the right one.they did call a few seconds later asking me to come in because it was the wrong medicine. Came in and nobody gave me an apology for the huge mistake that could've killed my dog.Now the appointment System is useless. They tell you to come in because they're ready for you with a room and you still have to wait 40 minutes in the front of the house to bring you to the back.

I cannot say enough positive things about this professional team of animal caregivers!! I have been going there for three years now and have always been very please with the level of care and compassion for my three dogs. There is also the benefit of having an orthopedic surgeon on staff, not something you find in every clinic and he is wonderful!! They are extremely reasonable in their charges as well and do not try to perform uneccessary tests or procedures. No office visit charge for annual shots/vaccines and they will price match medications. Though I have brought in all three dogs at one time, each dog is treated thoroughly and independently with the asset of saving overall visit time with a wonderful tech support staff. They are a walk-in facility and are conveniently open six days a week! I highly recommend this loving staff!!

You really can’t find a better vet! Our kitten passed away and we were devastated and they were all amazing and even set us this card!!! We will always love and miss Amara deeply!!! Thank you for helping us staff members!!! It ment the world as every where else turned us away and we had to watch our kitten suffer until you all took in Amara, again thank you from the bottom of my heart!!!

We took our Bella who was very sick. Unfortunately she didn’t make it. But Dr Todd and the staff were so kind gentle and patient with us as a whole family.

Kind but they charged me 30 for an ultrasound I never authorized when they went back to get a urinalysis. Said no infection but its a syndrome. Yet she later had white blood cells in her urine. Which means an infection and not long after she was back to normal. So they suck at their job too. Never go here. They can't correctly diagnose your animal when it is such a common infection and they add charges without permission.
