We needed our furnaced serviced , Humidifier repaired and had them check for an unusual noise from the furnace. Tyler arrived, on time and fixed the humidifier not working and serviced the furnace. Of course the furnace would not make the noise while he was here but he did lubricate things that he suspected might be the problem.Services: HVAC system repair

We called around to several places for estimates and made several appointments. Kirk communicated throughout the entire process. He was there when he said he would be, and stayed late to get everything done so we could finally have heat! He was also reasonably priced.Services: Heating system installation

Three weeks ago Kirk came to our home to replace a part on the furnace humidifier. After the work was completed, he told us he had used his last invoice at the prior call. He told us that he would email us an invoice. I gave him our email with the check and he left. I have repeatedly sent emails requesting an invoice and to this day I have not heard one word from him! I don't uny how someone who seemed so professional could blow us off like this.

Since moving to the area a few years ago, I have found Kirk at New Climate. He has been great! Prices are always competitive. He goes out of his way to ensure that you're happy with the product and install. He doesn't try to be a pushy salesman like some of these other companies. He has always been responsive and quick to get any work done that is needed. Can't recommend him enough and will always use him in the future!Service: Install AC

Kirk worked with us to find a solution for our Trane heat pump. He found a weather cap that several other companies said was not an option. We were very pleased with the quality of the work and the commutation with Kirk. Would definitely recommend this company.

We’ve been using New Climate for years. They always come out the same day we call. I never feel like they are trying to do more than is needed. I’ve recommended them to friends. Last year Kirk called us during his birthday dinner and walked us through an issue, then came out later that night and fixed our air! I will never use another company, and would highly recommend them

My heater died on Monday morning, so I submitted a request through Angie's List, and Kirk with New Climate was the first to call. I'm glad he did! They worked hard to diagnose the issue, and went the extra mile to keep costs down, even calling the heater manufacturer to see if my parts were under warranty. When things cost a bit more than expected (turned out the part that was bad was one of the more expensive parts), he was willing to work with me on a payment plan. The kindness, professionalism, and level of care I received from Kirk and Garrett through this process was something I definitely did not expect. When the parts store was closed for the evening, rather than having us pay the high price of purchase for after-hours parts, they lent us a couple of heaters for my kids' rooms so they'd be comfortable overnight. I'd recommend these guys to anyone, and next time, I won't bother using Angie's List - I'll be calling New Climate!

I shopped several HVAC dealers to replace my ancient oil furnace and air conditioning system with a new gas system. I found Kirk of New Climates prices were similar to other dealers that were offering high efficiency units. Kirk, owner of New Climate, seemed professional and seemed to understand what I needed and had the experience to do the job. This was no ordinary system install. Removal of my old oil system, installing gas lines, working with the county to keep some heat in the house during early spring were all part of his duties. The installation took a bit longer than expected and there were a few miscommunications but I would highly recommend Kirk and New Climate for new system installations. The job may take a little longer but it'll be done right the first time. Equipment was Trane.
