Over the last several years I've had a few issues with my system, and Nick has always provided excellent customer service. He's knowledgeable, identifies the root cause of issues so they don't recur, and is helpful explaining how to resolve them. I wish all service people were like Nick!

absolutely horrible experience with the doorbell. hasn't worked since it was installed within a year. tried to call service manager nick turner and he was rude and not very cooperative. he wanted us to pay full payment again to get new one plus charged us $145 for trip fee. total price would be close to $1000 for install two doorbells in about a year.

Multisource sold me an old system and when I complained about issues they told me it was me or my Internet connection and was also treated rudely. The connection was checked and changed but didn't help. After 3 years I was told that the system was obsolete and could buy another system from them. Of course I didn't. After I put a new system from Dial One I realize just how bad the original system was.

We keep coming back for a reason. Multi Source has worked with us on 3 houses in the last 25 years and they truly do care about how the customer understands the workings of sound and security! I hope Jeremy doesn't retire soon, he's been great at keeping us up on our tech!

A service representative, Nick, helped me reset my security system that had locked me in my house. This work was done on New's day (a Sunday) over the phone In a very patient and courteous manner. Much appreciated help to get out of a difficult situation.

Trusted Partner - We have been a customer of Multisource Home Electronics for over 20 years. This past year we contracted the company to install a WiFi mesh network. It was rock solid until a tornado knocked our power out for 24 hours. We contacted the company for technical support. The scheduler fit us in to their schedule quickly and the technician who arrived was thoroughly professional, friendly and took the time to explain what he was doing. He efficiently got the system back online. This is a relatively small company. It is my feeling the team really cares about their customers. I have 100% confidence in their customer service. As far as I am concerned, this is the only company I will turn to for my electronic entertainment and WiFi network needs. The reason for the one star is you never can call in for support of their products and get a live person . I tried 6 different extensions and not one person answered 6!!! So I always have to leave a voicemail, the last time they called me back it was 2 days later after the original call. Paid nearly $400 for a router that constantly fails and has to be rebooted. The video doorbell they service has several issues with the home system.

My wife and I built a new Drees home in ******, and purchased a whole home monitored alarm system from this company. On super bowl Sunday, a window sensor failed and we called the emergency number. expecting to leave a message but the service man was here in three hours- fixed the sensor and checked all the other windows & doors before leaving 1 -1/2 hours later. GREAT COMPANY, GREAT SERVICE, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS ONE ?? ?? ?? ?? ??

We purchased a tv and sound system a few years back and thought we had broken the tv when moving it. Ordered a new tv and before installing it the Multisource techs were able to reset our tv. They returned the new tv with no questions and just charged us a modest service call. Now that's SERVICE!!And the TVs are comparably priced.
