What an awesome experience! We worked with AJ to have our MB custom overland van upgraded and couldn't have been more pleased with the care and service we received. Our tech, Erik, treated our van like it was his own, with a thoughtful work process and careful attention to detail. Terrible experience from sales, management to service. I’d highly recommend any other dealership.My salesperson was untrained, lacked knowledge and essentially lied about the features of the car during, through and after purchase. Management refused to resolve the issue in a satisfactory manner.I’ve been waiting on a call back from upper management since May.Another salesperson broke a part on my car the day of purchase (post purchase) took months to get it fixed- they didn’t call me, I had to call them. Had to bring the car back 2-3x for that part to get fixed (still isn’t fixed like new).Had a minor according 3 weeks after purchase, took service and body shop 3x to get the repairs made without missing parts and the repairs are still noticeable.I’m due for my first full-service and will be taking my business to another dealership as the lack of customer service at the West Chester location is beyond concerning and I wouldn’t trust them to change my oil.This being my first ‘luxury’ car buying experience, I was truly disappointed.

Scheduling service is a nightmare. The calls are not answered. If you leave a message there is no return call. When you do finally reach someone you will have to wait 2 weeks for service (without a loaner). Service technicians are very responsive and informative, but scheduling service is simply not acceptable.

Jason “J-DAWG” Holder was a AMAZING help! 5 stars isn’t enough !!! And he needs a promotion/raise for how amazing he is at his job! You can tell he has a passion for it, enjoys it and is willing to go above and beyond for his clients. ??? he is very knowledgeable, he learns his clients taste in a matter of just having a conversation for 10 mins! He is patient, fun, hilarious and such a vibe !!! He made me feel confident in my decision and comfortable! I am in love with my car and so happy I listened to him ? THANK YOU SO MUCH AGAIN J-DAWG!!!

I had a PHENOMENAL experience with general manager Belinda Gribble of Mercedes Benz- West Chester. My experience with her was great! She is very accommodating, personable, honest, and goes out of her way to ensure that every single customer is valued and it shows!! I will be returning to this establishment, and I highly recommend for patrons to visit this location- especially to work with Belinda personally. I have been looking for a new work car and found something I like at Mercedes-Benz of West Chester. This is my first experience with the dealership but was recommended to them by a friend who has purchased several from their sister store in Montgomery.I had an attentive sales person (Mark) who was good at helping me select a car and giving me the Mercedes ownership experience. I made the decision to buy and things were wrapped up the same day. I was managing to a budget - that I over spent on a fun car, as well as some of the extras for extended warranty. Overall I felt for the new/used car and the trade in, the deal felt good.Fast forward a couple of days, I get a call from the finance office that I was under charged for taxes and needed to pay an additional $1,200 out of pocket... credit cards accepted...Unfortunately for me, this was out of pocket as the deal was done and financed... being bottom line aware, I may not have purchased the add on service... again the deal was done. My ability to make choices was off the table at that point, I just needed to provide a credit card... So, all of that to say, I thought my salesman was great, but the shine wore off quickly in the deal with the surprises. Except for the surprise at the end, I would have been happy, now, not so much.

Great experience regarding my purchase from WChester Benz Dealership yesterday. Jason "JDawg" Holder did an excellent job working with me and my purchase of the '15 S Class 550. This car looks stunning inside and out and I am so happy with my interaction with JDawg and this Dealership. After a test drive I was signing paperwork and hour later. Don't hesitate calling WChester Benz and JDawg for a professional interaction.

I have experienced bad service before, but this place is by far the worst. If I could rate it with less than 1 star, I definitely would. I brought my van in for "service B," and they quoted me an exorbitant amount (over $2300). I reluctantly agreed to the cost after being assured that all the services would be completed by the following morning but the whole experience turned out to be a disaster.The next day, I waited until 1 PM, but nobody called me. I tried contacting the representative who gave me his business card, but he didn't respond to my text. Frustrated, I decided to head over to the shop, only to be informed that my vehicle wouldn't be ready until the end of the day. This meant I couldn't pick it up until the next day, causing me significant financial losses as I couldn't get back to work on time.To add to my disappointment, the so-called "comprehensive" service I paid for, which was supposed to include fluid replacements or top off didn't really happen. When I checked my vehicle, the wipers fluid was almost empty and the coolant was near low level. This made me question whether they even changed the transmission fluid or engine oil that I paid over $2000 for. If they couldn't even handle the basic tasks, how could I trust them with more complex parts?Upon receiving my invoice, I noticed that the invoice says that I requested the spark plugs to be hanged, which I never requested. On top of all that, the representative claimed I had to change the transmission fluid at 28K miles, and if I didn't that will void my warranty. That seemed unreasonable, but I couldn't verify the information at that time so I went with it.Overall, this place feels no different than those shady used car dealerships. It didn't live up to the standards I expect from a Mercedes Benz service center. It's evident that they have little regard for customer loyalty and are solely interested in ripping people off and moving on.
