The service department was a well oiled machine, with exception to the person working the desk who did not want to leave her computer screen to pull my file from the customer printout just to the left of her screen. Another person had to walk up from his desk and pick it out.

Closing the Deal with Mercedes Benz of West Chester was seamless, the Team handled the process like a well oiled machine. Lance was exceptionally well versed on the vehicle choices and was able to guide us through to completion. I will definitely be coming back to purchase my next vehicle.

We bought our GLS from here and we completely satisfied with our experience. Our salesperson, the sales manager, finance manager, and General Manager all came out to greet us and communicated clearly without any surprises. We drove from Cleveland and would gladly do it again for our next Mercedes.

I have been a loyal customer for about 4 years and within the last year and half or so the service has gone down hill. Communication is practically nonexistent. I dropped my vehicle off on Friday 9/23/2024 at approximately 9:10 am. Per the app on my phone, my vehicle wasn’t touched until sometime Monday 9/26/2024. I was never notified that my vehicle would be kept for the weekend. I did have a loaner so it was not an issue but as a customer, updates should be mandatory. To make matters worse, my vehicle was repaired for the 3rd time for the same issue, some sort of engine sensor. I have seriously considered taking my business elsewhere because Mercedes West Chester has succeeded at making me like an invaluable customer.

Our salesman, Lance Beard, was amazing. Lance knew everything about the car I was interested in. He took time to walk me through all of the technical aspects of the car even before he knew that I was going to buy it.
Everyone that I dealt with were very friendly and accommodating.
It was the best experience I’ve had with buying a new car. I highly recommend Lance and the dealership.
