As always HOA management companies are nothing but a scam. Please stop adding HOA to every new subdivision they take money and waste it on items that aren't needed. I live in an HOA community and half of the $20,000 that they collect yearly is wasted on management fees, taxes, legal fees, postage, and insurance. The rest goes towards landscaping areas the residents are perfectly cable of taking care of themselves.

This is the worst HOA management company that I've ever had the misfortune of working with. Whatever happened to civility and trying to do the right thing? Every year when I get my coupon book I promptly pay the entire year up front. Last year they sent my coupon book to a completely wrong address so I forgot to send in the payment as I don't live in the unit. Had they done the right thing and simply called or sent me a text I would have promptly sent in the entire yearly payment as always. Instead, they thought the best way to deal with it was to hire some two-bit lawyer to file a lien on my property and tack on a bunch of unnecessary fees. When I called to discuss the situation the woman on the phone was beyond rude and refused to acknowledge their error in sending the coupon book to the wrong address. Next step is to contact the HOA Board and suggest we obtain a better management company - one that doesn't waste the HOA's money on unnecessary legal fees.

My car has been broken into twice, my wife's once, and multiple neighbors. They installed a large light facing the road that has not deterred anyone, as my vehicle was broken into again. We are the ONLY vehicles in the complex facing toward the road, and the ONLY ones positioned near the road where cars CONSTANTLY loiter and litter. To remedy this I placed a small security camera on my garage, nearly out of sight, and I've since gotten a letter telling me I need to take it down, but no solution as to how to protect my property any further. Management plus fails to realize this isn't West Chester and we are in COLERAIN. The HOA acts like we live in this perfect little community, when we don't and rather than fix it they'll continue to send us violation letters because someone in the HOA has nothing better to dowith their time. I have 5 days to submit an "architectural application" and I promise the association won't approve.

Usatfied I been here 16 years and no up grades has been done new siding was to be done 3 years ago presure washing to condo has only been done once They keep front of complex nice in back where I live with 4more neighbors nothing has been done I know cause of living is high that's why I pay my condo fee on time because my condo fee goes up every year I call office all time no response other neighbors have same problem

I’m impressed with Management Plus, and that’s saying a lot as an employee of a competing HOA management company. I recently moved into a condo association that they manage & the service has been great. Work requests get completed in a timely, satisfactory manner, at least with a week or so of the request. Grounds are well maintained, communication is typically prompt & employees have all been very kind. I know this can be a thankless job, so thank you to the employees at Management Plus for assisting in creating a community that owners can take pride in and enjoy living at.

Don’t grow anything in your yards. They call flowers & lemon balm weeds. I think they need a lesson in botany. Also, they will use an old photo to say you have weeds.

BEWARE!!! Management Plus Reality is a fraud. They manage Compton Square Office Park where I've leased and then owned since 2015. They NEVER fix anything even if problem is exterior which is what HOA should be responsible for. Dealt with foundation issues for three years until I finally paid to have issue resolve. MPR will not disclose HOA board information and have ignored my email request for the information.

8/23/22 Update: Further frustrations are that in addition to the high-priced monthly fee, we received an email re: a one time assessment of $805 that is due by 10/1. The email states this is due to a potential deficit related to increased insurance costs. While I understand wanting to avoid a deficit…it is ridiculous to require an amount like that, in such short notice. This company is AWFUL!HOA fees are excessive for the services provided (lawn care, water/sewage, repairs to the outside of the unit IF needed). Our HOA fees went up to $469 A MONTH, in theory for updates to siding and roofing in the community. All of the units did not receive the update…but all have to pay the increased rate. Very frustrating!
