C.L. The customer services manager needs customer services training. Very rude and a cancer to the Lowe's organization. The way you talk to a person and professionalism goes a long way, neither of which did C.L exemplify. Lied and said she was the general manager, I asked for a card so I could follow-up and then I was told the GM was off today. Please look to replace this person, giving incorrect information and failure to take care of the customer. Just a horrible experience overall and feedback needed to be given.

I've seen the signs posted at this Lowe's store for a $49 AC tune-up special. I decided to try it out since I've just recently moved to the area and have not yet found companies to work with. The store employee was very helpful in getting me signed up and connected. In fact, the contractor called me before I made it to my car to schedule an appointment.
It's a bait and switch operation. The $49 tune-up was NOT a tune-up. The HVAC company communicated well, but once the technician was at my house, the tune-up was simply a safety check of my AC, not an actual tune-up. Of course he found electrical upgrades that he was oh-so-happy to try and sell, along with their 5-star maintenance plan for more than $700/yr.
Lowes should better vet contractors or accurately advertise what they are promoting for the HVAC TUNE UP specials.

Good luck reaching someone in the phone. The cabinet department works banker hours with limited coverage, even after giving a large deposit it was difficult to reach anyone. Staffing support seems to be an issue, thus poor management.

I always have a good experience at Lowe's and this was no different. The staff could be nicer and more attentive to shoppers needs. The staff at most Lowe's I've been to don't seem engaged or as helpful as they could be. I've actually had employees avoid eye contact with me on more than one occasion while I'm looking for something. I recommend Lowe's to people that already know what they want.

Went to Lowe's to purchase paint for a kitchen remodeling project. The person managing the paint desk was very helpful in choosing the right paint, creating the correct color, and getting the paint shook up so we could take it home. The only drawback that I see from Lowe's is they have removed most
Cashiers with strictly self checkout.

Friendly staff and store was clean. Outside, half dead trees and mulch beds full of weeds and fabric is not a good first impression for a store specializing in selling landscape material,

Thankfully the employees here were very helpful helping me to find what I was needing for the jobs I was trying to finish at home. Unlike most home supply stores the employees were easy to find and very helpful

My Husband & I went to this lowes because the lowes closer to us is so busy it was hard to get to the lumber we need. As my husband loaded the lumber 3 Employees ( one on Tow motor & 2 standing alongside the tow motor) just having a good time. Not once did these much young employees even ask to help him load the lumber. I guess lowes Policy is if you don't order on line, you don't get help from their employees. I wish we had more small town businesses. They really do care about their customers.

I visited the lawn and garden department on 5/29/2024. Julie was so helpful and friendly. Above & beyond customer service. You do not see that often these days. Super happy with my huge plant

Horrible shipping experience!!
I ordered five 16ft bundles of baseboard on-line because I don’t have the ability to haul it on my own. Lowe’s decides to only ship part of my order (one bundle). The third-party company tells me it’s nothing they can do and they don’t know where the rest of my order is. The tell me to call where I ordered from. I call the store I “ thought” I ordered from. I was told that my order was split between two location(I was not told about this). Also they decided to only send one bundle from the Hamilton, Oh location and set the rest as a in store pick up at the Tylersville location. I was also told by the manager that I had to pay half of the shipping fee in order to have my order shipped to me. This is pretty bad especially because u prefer Lowe’s over their competition. I spend a lot of money here. Might be time to go elsewhere.

we were in a hurry this morning at lowe’s and I had two orders to pick up and a 23$ can of kilz to return…. I have purchased the 5 gallon of kilz 3 and a few cans of kilz 2 in the last month at lowe’s. They did not believe me. Jacqueline looked it up and said it’s not found. I said that I purchased there and she said she could look it up by phone number and she pulled those up. Her comment was something about how many orders we have.. I asked if we could return for credit and she said no but seemed concerned about going through our MANY orders. I didn’t have time for this unhelpful employee to go through the orders so I left abruptly… that should’ve been a quick trip resulted in me having to go back to a different Lowe’s to return the paint that is on my receipt that Jacqueline just seem too distressed to look up
we moved to Mason- close to this store and moved from the highland heights, KY store area And clearly different management and abilities and styles as I have never had an issue at highland heights and just spent 6 weeks in and out of that place OFTEN!! they have amazing customer service!! THIS STORE IS DREADFUL AND UNHELPFUL. I got home and I found my several orders with Kilz on my receipts for online orders
IF YOU MUST USE LOWES— avoid this store if possible—- espescially if you think you would need management as phil was unhelpful as Jacqueline……”policy….policy….
yes policy but perhaps if we trained better they would have found the paint clearly on my online orders. Highland Height’s never has that issues or maybe their employees are more proactive
lowe’s in Highland heights is a far different experience from the west chester—store that has awful/NO service store
let me attach my pictures of some of the kilz as we know this store would rather call me a liar…
