Bought a stackable washer/dryer that was on clearance. Our salesman even took an additional 10% off the price. Delivery was a few days later & the entire transaction went seamlessly. I would definitely shop here again.

TAYLOR IS AWESOME!!! I found a refrigerator that I liked in store and needed to go home and think about it. I called back to purchase, and to my delight, got a hold of Taylor. She was THE BEST. She went above and beyond researching different color options, and answering every question I had about the instillation process. She was knowledgeable, helpful and kind! It was a wonderful experience! Thank you, Taylor for making this purchase so easy for me!!

Josh Armstrong came to my place for a delivery of a dishwasher. Kind, clean, worked with purpose. Would recommend lowe’s so long as all the deliveries run as smoothly as Josh.

I would give the zero star if you could post that. Do not ever buy anything from this store it will be the biggest headache you will ever have. They are liers and try to cheat you out of your money Bought door over 4 months ago ,still no door and I already made several payments. Talk to the manager and that useless. They don't know whats going on. Try to cancel the order waiting to see if that happens

I debated sharing this but I'm hoping someone can read this and make it right. Our fridge went completely out Monday, Aug 15. I immediately went to lowes and bought a new $2000 fridge. They set up delivery for that Friday so in the interim we bought a cooler and tons of dry ice ($136 ice alone). They came Friday and fridge had huge dent but because we had no working fridge I was fine with that one until they could schedule bringing a new one but the driver noticed the cord was completely broken so we didn't get one Friday (day 5). They said they would deliver Sunday 10-2 window (day 7). They didn't come and finally called at 5pm saying they didn't have a driver. Mind you we sat at home waiting all day as the email said they were running a little late but were coming. When they called at 5pm to say they weren't coming they then said Wednesday would be the delivery date. So we STILL don't have a fridge, all our food had to be thrown out and they will not even put us on the first route of the day on Wednesday. Im paying 2000 to be treated like nothing. No one cares and keeps blaming everyone else. We have no refrigeration, list food, spending money eating out and still have to wait. They should have set us as the first delivery for tomorrow versus making us wait 3 more days. Shame on you Lowes--and please don't say it's nothing you can do. There IS-get it delivered tomorrow, be on time and bring us a fridge that isn't damaged!!! Please-
