Sales representative came to my house. After being “bombarded” with cold phone calls. He stayed about three hours. Reducing his price quotes repeatedly for a stair lift. Told Tom I wanted to think about it. He was very upset and insistent. (Didn’t want to take NO for an answer.)Tom was kindly escorted out. …. Under no circumstances, do I recommend this company!

0 stars. Thought I could start a project, reached out for estimates, received news I could not do my project. Advised Leaf Safety (and other companies) of this. Other companies stopped calling, Leaf Safety continued to call. Blocked 7 numbers, they still call. Emailed in to ask them to stop, they still call.I will NEVER use this company, and will strongly advocate against them to any and all I know planning home projects. Entirely unprofessional, borderline harassment, and I still can’t get them to stop calling me, despite saying I can no longer do the project.

From the sales call thru the installation everything was excellent. All of my questions were answered in detail and the installation was perfect. I had absolutely no mess to clean up.

I could not be happier with my walk-in shower conversion by Leaf but my focus for the purpose of writing this review is the outstanding service I received. From the very beginning, I found everyone I interacted with to be very knowledgeable, courteous, and professional and, the handoffs were seamless.Tony was very thorough when introducing me to Leaf and outlining the products and installation process then checking to make sure I was understanding. Ironically, I had a fall at the beginning of the visit. He went above and beyond when he assisted me with first aid and took the time to make sure I was ready before proceeding. I contacted him 2-3 times after our visit to make order changes and ask questions. He was unbothered and happy to help every time.Jerry and I played phone tag in an attempt to schedule a time for him to come take measurements but, he was persistent and ultimately enlisted Tony to help ensure he and I made a connection. I truly appreciated his diligence and follow through.Eddie and his partner were very respectful and polite. He arrived early and well prepared. He explained the entire process, gave me timeline, and efficiently worked to get the project completed on time. They cleaned up the workspace at the end of both days and even vacuumed the floors! He also took the time to provide education on care and maintenance and urged me to contact him with any follow up questions or concerns.I absolutely love my new shower! For the first time in the five years I have lived in my condo, I feel relaxed and safe getting in and out of the shower. The shine of the sturdy chrome fixtures against the white subway tiled walls looks AMAZING! This was my fourth attempt in five years to purchase a walk-in shower (poor salesmanship, poor communication, questionable business practices, unreasonable pricing…) but I would GLADLY endorse Leaf Home Safety Solutions ANYTIME!Service: Remodeling

I have absolutely full confidence in their work, and their employees. They gutted an old cast iron bath tub from the 1950's, tore out all the bad ceramic tiles from the same era, and ripped out all the dry wall surrounding the tub. They reinforced the flooring to enhance the load bearing weight for the new shower, and we're thrilled with their work. The new shower is easier for a disabled veteran and his wife to use and getting in and out is a breeze. Their employees doing the deconstruction and install were very pleasant, very respectful, and very nice men. They're welcome in our home anytime. Love the new shower, pleased with the company! Well worth the time!

First let me say that I'm reviewing on behalf of my mother who actually paid for the stairlift, but I, unfortunately, made the choice to contact Leaf. I don't do product reviews or referrals as a rule, but I couldn't let this one go without comment. The product that was installed appears to be good quality. Their salesman lied to my face when I asked if they used sub-contractors to install. He also touted their long BBB history, but that history is in fact for a separate company that does gutter guards (their parent company). Corporate seemed to shrug it off when I talked to them about it. To this day I still don't have a receipt for the purchase of the stairlift, even after numerous phone calls and promises to mail/email a receipt. All I have is a handwritten note on lined paper from the installer saying that it was installed. Originally installed without enough clearance to swivel the seat so you could get out - you had to raise the armrest on the downhill side in order to turn far enough to stand up. I had to have it removed and reinstalled (at my expense) so that it was actually safe to use. Very difficult to actually speak to someone, I made a number of calls that went to voicemail that were never returned. I would not recommend doing business with them, but as I said the product they installed seems to be okay...although it's seen very little use.

Terrible would not recommend this company to anyone. LHSS shipped and installed incorrect door than what I ordered. Multiple times (5 to be specific) had to come back for repairs until the door was finally replaced. The replacement door was installed upside down and backwards ( logo was upside down/backwards) , door handle fell off, and shower leaked from improper caulking. You can get same product with more qualified people to install at Lowes. If I could rate " 0 " I would

We had Leaf install a walk-in shower last October. They’ve been out a few times to fix a few problems, but the biggest problem has still not been addressed. When you walk in, it sounds like the floor is unstable. The floor of a shower should not sound like this. When Leaf has been here to fix other problems, they hear it. One person even said “yeah, I don’t know what that could be.” I love everything else about my shower, but this horrible sound is not acceptable, especially after spending $10,000. I don’t believe the CEO of their company would find this acceptable either!
