We sent my kids here for two years and it was an incredible experience! Management was fantastic and the teachers loved my kids like their own. They were always great at sending updates via the app and I loved getting the pictures and videos each day. It helped me stay connected to them during the day. During pick up, no matter who I picked up from, the teacher was always knowledgeable about their day and if there was anything to report. It was nice knowing we were dropping our kids off to spend so much time at a place that they loved going and knowing that the teachers loved them.

We scheduled a tour to possibly enroll our daughter and the next day when we arrived no one answered the door at all. We rang the bell several times and called the 1800 number and was told that the manager left for the day and nothing can be seen. It was not a good first impression. Safe to say my daughter will not be going here

Using this place for both kids, but the staffing situation is causing them to cut hours and days forcing us to find a new center. Most of the teachers are great but the site hasn’t been able to keep team members since COVID even after raising rates again and again.

The place is ok, the people that work there are nice but the business can't keep staff, and have reduced hours of operation and days for full time kids. Now we are forced to find a new provider after years of increased rates. I love a lot of the staff but something about the place drives team members away.

Be careful of taken your child to this daycare!! my 1 year old child got out of there facility unsupervised no one even knew she was outside !!! And they are really aggressive with your child ! Just giving heads up . They need new staff !!!! Including the director ! Also they don’t wipe down there toys so your child will STAY SICK .. I gave 1 star because the camera system !!

We absolutely love it here! La Petite Academy has done wonders for my son, All staff are engaged with every child. Every morning they welcome my son from the front door and passing through the halls. His Teacher is absolutely wonderful. She spends the extra time to make our children understand and teach them while we’re away at work. Buddy has been here for 5 months and he has NOT said one thing negative. He loves coming here! Highly recommend

My son has been there for about 3 months. The teachers in the infant room are extremely caring and nice. The infant room is so peaceful and organized. My son is very fuzzy, but his teachers are very patient with him and find ways to calm him down. We are really impressed by the level of care that my son has received there. We also appreciate the timely communication everyday through their app. The director and the whole team are friendly and helpful who always make us feel welcome!

We did a tour and were disappointed to see and smell the place. It appears rather worn and a bit dirty. It smelled like the diaper pails aren't thoroughly washed. The toddler rooms were very very small with not many things to engage them. The preschool room had kids on tablets and didn't seem to have a strong curriculum. The website looks amazing but this location has dead flowering bushes in pots at the entryway. I think that makes a pretty strong impression, if you can't be bothered to water the flowers how many other short cuts are you taking that we can't see?

We are so thankful for the La Petite staff at the West Chester location! Our son is only six months old and has attended over five daycares until we found La Petite. They eased my worries and gave my son the quality care we were desperately looking for. THANK YOU! Highly recommend! ?

My child has been going to La Petite for about 8 months now. We are very happy with the care provided. The teachers are all very nice and engaged with the children. We attend part time and they are very flexible when we have needed to change the days that we come on a particular week. They also do a number of small things that make life a little easier for us as parents (food is included in the rate so we don't need to worry about packing breakfast/lunch, bed linens are provided and laundered by them so we don't have to worry about those, etc.)

I love La Petite for my one year old, the entire staff is so nice and caring and will answer any questions you have to make sure your comfortable, I absolutely recommend la petite for all of your daycare needs!

My children have been at La Petite Academy for about six months now and we love it there. The classes are small and the teachers are caring and have been there for years. There is a real family atmosphere and I know my babies are in good hands while I am at work.
