I worked here from 2012 to 2016, and it was great. The building is old and out-dated. I live in Northeast Ohio now, so I have no idea how it is at the moment. The management was amazing back when I was working there. They handled the very rude customers who were actually stupid enough to believe "the customer is always right." perfectly. I still remember my 5 am mornings doing the rug doctor on the lobby carpet, trying to get the sewer smell out. Besides being an old building, this was a great place to work. I wish we had Kroger up here in the suburbs of Cleveland. It's so much nicer up here, but its owned by Giant Eagle.

Today I was at this location with my kids . While I was doing my business , my kids got crazy about balloons. And florist lady ( I don’t know her name , she was middle aged ) offered 2 airballons for free . My kids were pleased to have them . Thank you very much for your service and kindness. Always Kroger employees Rock.

Hailey, a very helpful and active person working at Kroger helped me grab an extra cart while I was tired and in need of groceries to be able to take home and she was on it. Very nice personality and also very driven to help me check out today.

4/17/2024 Rude service desk & other employee people (4) stood and discussed time off & personal things they want to do as i waited for support at the empty service desk.They can be seen on store video in front of service desk area about 10:52 am ( return receipt time).I finally asked for support & was ignored.When the desk person came over started with the third degree why I was returning an unopened $5.99 specially milk.Well my family rarely returns anything, in this case Krogers has lost a customer arguing over $5.99 with a receipt for day before purchase. SAD.This has become standard how Krogers treats customers.LETS see how this new direction works.

Pretty slow all around. Horribly maintained, always dirty, the deli workers work at a snail's pace (I'm writing this review while waiting for literally 21 minutes while the worker can't figure out how to code someone's deli order and I still have another person in front of me) and stock is usually bad. The image is of the deli time I got - it's soo filthy because he didn't get clean gloves or change them out I guess. Not sure; either way, c'mon man.Trying to checkout? Don't hold your breath! Lines are terrible and they usually have one line open. You're forced to use self checkout which always backs up because people can't figure out how to scan items by themselves. Sigh.I can't wait to never return!

Probably shouldn't have 80 year old men working self checkout if they prefer to run their mouth over doing their job. Nobody gave this man an attitude or anything when he came up to check our coupons. I told him the machine had me put them in the slot, the slot is lit up with a coupon sign and is not covered, and instead of taking care of that he chose to argue with me that it did not say that and that I'm supposed to wait for him??? The machine told me to put it in, and THEN told me to wait for an associate after I hit finish. That's not my fault, dude. Should probably address that on the machine as well or put up a sign.

Very disappointed with the customer service. Many of them were on their cell phones and acted bothered when we asked for help trying to find something. Not the customer service they used to be.
