My son’s short lived experience was not ideal. He is 3 & has a speech delay, the teachers here were not sensitive to that at all. My son communicates through short words, sign language and body language. They did not try to understand him & treated his delay as an inconvenience. He was very uncomfortable and acting out (very upset, crying) and instead of meeting that with comfort, understanding & kindness they would instead ignore him & brush him off. He is also still in the process of potty training, I had to constantly remind them to change the pull ups, he was always soaked, down to his socks sometimes. I have picked him up with scars, bandaids, bruises and nose bleeds on different occasions with no one knowing anything and no incident reports. Obviously he could not tell me what happened and they took advantage of this. Everyone is very nonchalant and it’s very disappointing. I was very patient, gave direction, advice on how to communicate with him better, spoke with staff etc and then finally I had enough. Thank goodness they have cameras because at one point I got to see for myself how my toddler was being treated/neglected and immediately pulled him from the center. I honestly cannot believe I paid these people $285 a week. It’s awful. There is no structure or curriculum, just playing outside, watching the iPad and free play. The teachers pretty much sit around, I never see them up and interacting with the kids, it's sad. I have a background in childhood education and this is unacceptable. I will say the director is very nice & did apologize but unfortunately that doesn’t help my son as she isn’t in the classroom. I would just like to warn anyone with a child who cannot fully speak or communicate, beware.*EDIT* When I first signed up I gave them my checking and routing number so his tuition could be pulled every month directly. They entered this information into their system incorrectly, and when it didn’t go through decided to charge me a $50.00 fee. The director assured me this would be refunded since it was their fault, it never was and of course the director ignores my emails. Absolutely ridiculous!

I pulled my baby from this daycare after just one month. I would never recommend to a parent. Now to make it very clear I think the teachers in her room and all who helped out were great. It was more the communication from the director or directors or lack there of directors. I honestly feel bad for the teachers not having good management over them. I tried to send an email of a few concerns, very normal items just about how and when I want my baby to eat and sleep and what activities happen during the day and I NEVER got a response from anyone. There is one specific named Arielle that needs to learn just normal management skills. She wouldn't even look at me when I walked in. There was a time even after the email that I got no response from her she walked in my babies room right next to me and just ignored me. 80% of the time you would walk in you wouldn't even find a director. I did not feel comfortable leaving my child in a center that the management didn't even care nor have basic communication skills with the parents. Even when I went in to tell them when my child's last day was, I had to just tell her teachers because once again no director was to be found. And honestly I think it's crazy because I have fully pulled my child yet still fully have access to cameras and still get "emails" about when the center is closed and I'm sure the code they give you is the same code to all parents. *update while writing this, my husband stopped in to make sure we were not going to be charged since she was pulled, there was an assistant director that my husband said he never met before said they had no idea she was pulled. This place is a joke. If you care about your child you wouldn't think about going there. But Maybe if there was better directors at this center it would have been better. For the money you spend you would think the directors would make you feel secure.

This Kids R Kids location is wonderful. After a horrible experience at another location, I moved my child to this location. The difference is like night and day. They are so much less chaotic and seem to care more about the children in their care. The amount of turnover in staff is practically non existent. The directors, Arielle and Alexis have listened to any concern that I have broached and are quick to fix it. I highly recommend this daycare center and my child is thriving here.

Great staff and environment! Kids love coming and they always answer any questions I have and help in any way they can! Kids stay active and happy which is the best!!!Also Helen was super helpful in finding the right fit for my kids and making them feel comfortable! Thank you!!

We’ve had kids here for the past 8 years ( since my oldest was 12 weeks), and really enjoyed it! Ms. Jen and Ms. Leslie have been absolutely amazing this past year. Looking forward to future summer camps!

I’m very pleased with the care that is provided to my son at Kids R Kids. Ms. Tiffany and Ms. Vicky have gave a lot of love and affection to my son since starting at 6 weeks old. As he transitions into Turtles classroom, I’m already seeing the growth of his personality and mobility! Thank You Kids r Kids!

Our 10 month old has been at Kids R Kids since 3 months and has had nothing short of a wonderful experience! The infant room teachers create a loving environment. We are very happy to be at the West Chester location!

I have 4 babies who go here and they really love it. They work with everyone so well. If you have a problem it’s addressed right there. 2 of my kids are attached to Mr. Jason and Mr. Evan, they can’t wait to go back the next day.
