My oldest has been coming to Kiddie Academy since he was 18 months old and he is now twelve years old and finishing up his final year with the academy. We have absolutely loved all of the time that he has had and have loved all of his teachers. My youngest has been coming since she was 18 months old as well and she will be ten years old. She has always been a little more quiet at first but her teachers have helped pull her out of shell. Her teachers always treated her as one of their own and she had loved every single one of them.I would recommend Kiddie Academy to anyone that I know.

Do yourself and your child a favor and go elsewhere. My daughter was there for a little over a month and came home with a terrible diaper rash most of the time she was there and attached is a picture of how full her diaper was upon pick up one time (she had peed thru her clothes) I watched a teacher pick my daughter up off the floor by one arm in a not nice manner and someone in my family was ALWAYS watching the cameras and the teachers do not pay attention to the kids. My daughter would be walking around crying reaching to be picked up and the teachers would be on their phones not even acknowledging her. Also on the day that I enrolled her into a new daycare and went to pick up my daughters belongings the teacher said “she’s been so good today she hasn’t cried at all” MY DAUGHTER WASNT EVEN THERE THAT DAY. So good to know they pay such little attention they don’t even know which kids are there. The new daycare that she is in is nurturing and attentive so don’t think all daycares treat the kids like a 9 to 5 instead of actually caring for them!

If there is a zero, I will put it because in this place you are only subjected to insults by the teachers, especially the 3-year-old room. They are very bad in their treatment. They made my child uncomfortable. I thought it was the best place for him, but no. The most beautiful building, but the worst teachers ever. Now my child is in the best place and is no longer nervous and angry all the time. Today I knew that they were the reason. They are not fit to be here at all, neither teachers nor administration I’m sorry to say that .Just run away this is not the best place for your children.

Kiddie academy of West Chester is an excellent school. My 2 years daughter and 3 years old son loves it there! Teacher's are involved in day to day activities, to advance our kids w/challenges needed to prolong their education. We receive updates daily via phone, including photos. I have a piece of mind, knowing my kids is in a safe environment.Love it! Highly recommend ?

I was impressed with the tour and thought this would be a great place for my 5 month old daughter. I was wrong. They are never consistent in care. My daughter has come home with welts so bad from a diaper rash and not one person informed me of this I found of for myself when I took her home. My wife picked her up from a teachers arms and she was burning up with a fever over 101 and they didn’t even bother to check and said “ I thought she felt a little warm” and couldn’t figure out why she would t eat well she was sick with fever! My daughter came home with pink eye and when I mentioned it to the teacher she stated that some kids looked to be getting gunky eyes but it was just a cold. Well it wasn’t, it was pink eye. If they thought something was going around in the classroom they should have let parents know so we could keep an eye on it. On the day she had a horrible fever and they were just oblivious we withdrew her immediately. Her morning teacher was great but she had other duties and wasn’t able to be with her during the whole day multiple teachers come in . I will continued to steer friends and family away from this daycare. There is other stuff but this was some of the main things and she was only there for a month!

My husband and I love all the teachers and staff that we have been involved with! You can tell they truly care about the kiddos, and (especially as a new mommy) it's comforting to know that my child will be well taken care of while I'm at work everyday. I even get photo and video updates throughout the week, which always brightens my day. :)

We love Kiddie Academy of West Chester. Our kids are happy and safe and feel loved every day. They do not just "babysit"...they are truly focused on their education and development while still having fun! We consider the teachers and administrators members of family as they are helping us to grow happy, healthy little people.

What an amazing experience! From the time my husband and I walked into the building we felt like family. Ms. Alexis, the Assistant Director was so friendly and helpful. She answered all of our questions (even when I thought they where silly). Being a first time mother can be a little overwhelming. Ms. Melinda was so sweet. I was mess leaving my son for the first time. Melinda was there every step of the way. I never felt like I was being rushed or was on a time frame to have to leave. That first day was the hardest but Ms. Melinda made it so much better by sending me a picture every hour so that I was reassured he was happy. The classroom is always so clean and organized (I don't know how she does it with 10 babies). Even on days that have a rough drop off I know my little man will be fine in just a few minuets. Ms. Jennifer the director is always ready to get extra snuggles in when ever needed no matter how busy she is. It is obvious that our child is always the priority when he is at school. When it was time for him to move to the next classroom I was nervous again (my baby was growing up too fast). Ms. Abbe made sure to take the time with me that I needed to feel safe and secure about his transition. Since moving up he is coming home with so many new tricks. He loves all of the art and sensory activities. He is also already starting to use a spoon! At 13 months! We could go on and on about how amazing this school is. Thank you Kiddie Academy for all you do for my family. We know our little man is happy, safe and healthy in your care.

I like how diverse the education is and how creative the teaching method is.My son is writing his name and learning other things I am not good at teaching.. I love how understanding of my child's special needs the center is and how important it is to take care of them. The teachers are easy to talk to and so welcoming of hugs and affection which is important in a child's development. The staff are always smiling and saying hello to us which makes us feel like part of the family. The directors are always open to talk about any issue I am having and how to fix it. When something horrible happened to my family they stepped up and took care of Cole just like I would have at home. It took a great load off knwoing he was cared for while I went through a very rough time with my family. I love the center and the ppl in it. They make days as a single mom that seem too hard sometimes easier to deal with.

I love this place. It is organized, clean, educational & caring teachers. They offer the ability to view your child anytime, provided from their 24 activity cameras easily accessed on you phone. You also get day to day charting on everything your child did: from eating, what & when they ate, bathroom, naps, notes on what they did for the activities that day, and updated photos of your child in the classrooms. All you have to do is download an app, and it is quick, easy & secure accessibility to see your child live on camera. They have deals on payments, depending on how you choose to pay per week or per month. For security & safety, their are two doors to enter the building. You must put in a password per person on their kiosk, who is registered w/ the school to even enter the building. This place has so much more to offer, it is worth looking into.

My daughters had been treated not so well at a previous daycare. We enrolled them into Kiddie Academy of West Chester and haven't looked back! They absolutely love their classes and teachers! Kiddie Academy also offers extra classes (ex. WEBBY Dance) and my oldest daughter LOVES it! We are looking forward to a bright future with Kiddie Academy of West Chester. It was the best thing we could have done for our children!
