I used to get vehicle loans plus a surgery loan from Kemba and it always went well.I found Dave Ramsey, tho, so loans aren’t really my thing anymore.If I ever found myself needing one again, I’d use Kemba.

I worked for them and they don’t allow you to bank else where. They have old technology. They need to become up to par with the modern worldI don’t recommend working nor banking for them.

I'm truly baffled by the negative reviews. I've been a member for over 20 years and consistently pleased with the service I receive.When my wallet was stolen during a trip overseas, the call center representative blocked my debit and credit cards and guided me through what needed to be done to prevent further losses (a couple hundred euros worth of train tickets had already been purchased by the thief).KEMBA made it easy when I needed to dispute an online purchase I made that never arrived (despite the date being past the cut-off to dispute the purchase).The tellers at West Chester are usually friendly and efficient.Overall, the people I have encountered at KEMBA have always been helpful and accommodating when dealing with different issues that have arisen over the years. I can't imagine taking my accounts elsewhere.

As a business owner it is so much easier to bank with kemba the only thing I wish they would change is not being able to do a mobile deposit at the ATM . It gets frustrating having to wait till the bank opens or u are out of town like myself and need to make a deposit . Not a large deposit just a normal deposit . Hey kemba do u think u could update your ATMs. Other than that I enjoy banking with kemba .

Terrible customer service and completely incompetent employees! I went on my lunch hour to open a new account thinking it would only take 15-20 minutes which has been my experience at other banks. Much to my surprise, it took OVER an hour and a half! The employee I was working with was new. She tired to reach out to at least three other employees for help and none of them would help her. It was totally ridiculous. I don't care how good their rates are, you still need good customer service!!

Long hold times on phone, no loan officers at branches, don't allow in person meetings with loan officers. Odd way to build relationships!

Megan at the front was very rude since the beginning. Did not even greet me. Worse customer service at a bank I have ever experienced.

Highly frustrated that this location no longer makes onsite debit cards. My card had identity theft and had to be cancelled and I now have to wait 7-10business days for a new card. All my bills are due and will be late waiting on my card. All my friends say there bank has onsite cards. I love Kemba but this is truly an inconvenience to your customers. I'm considering changing my paycheck to a different bank to ensure I don't have to deal with this type of inconvenience in the future. Bring back onsite cards or I'm switching to a financial institution that has the option. I'm not doing this again.

Before the merger, it was always easy to reach someone at this location. Now you wind up on hold for exceedingly long times (30 minutes? Really?) for the simplest requests. For people that only have a few minutes to spare during their workday, it is a huge inconvenience. I understand there are high call volumes, but something doesn't seem right. Not only that, when I applied for a loan, no one called me to discuss anything. I went for several days before I had to follow up myself. Additionally, our banking records did not transfer in the merger. I sincerely hope these problems will be corrected soon.

I wanted to like this credit union. But their consistent inability to negotiate on loan costs, combined with their disdain for customer service leaves me no choice but to take my banking needs elsewhere. I’ve never spent so much time on the phone and via email waiting for information. If you need even the most basic information via telephone you’ll be on hold for 40 minutes - bare minimum. If you don’t mind wasting your time, open an account. But if you do value your time and sanity, find another bank/ credit union.
