They currently have my car and have had it for 5 weeks now and I have gotten no calls with any updates about it. When I call them, if they answer, they say they will call when they have an update and yet I never get a phone call. I took it to them after experiencing the same situation at another repair shop. I'm going to have to have it towed for the 3rd time to yet another shop just to get a diagnosis!!

I can’t say more about the awesomeness that is the team at K & M Auto! My vehicle broke down in Cincinnati and I live about 5 hours from here! The team not only made their schedule work so I could get home, they continued to communicate with me on updates as they were repairing my vehicle. So thankful for their help and would highly recommend!!

I didn’t go for the repairs, my mom was sick and was throwing up on the side of the road and I asked for paper towels and they gave me a lot, and after i gave them back they gave me water for my mom and said “Incase she needs it.” i just wanted to let you guys know these people are really nice

*this is a non "car-savvy" friendly, woman friendly shop* They are trustworthy.Very thankful for this shop. They've worked on my old monte carlo, and now I use them for my diesel VW. They've saved me literally thousands of dollars at this point - by avoiding the dealership. They pay attention to what's going on and actually *think* about it, they don't just throw parts at a problem and hope it fixes it. It's difficult to find a knowledgeable mechanic for a German diesel car (not always a given at the dealership..). I consider myself lucky I know about k & m. They're efficient, affordable, honest, and quick! A good mechanic is worth their weight in gold.I'd recommend them to anyone.
