I was installing new hardwood flooring in my home. I had searched around many sites on the internet and in person at local showrooms for quality milled 3/4” red oak flooring. JP flooring was strongly recommended by a friend who purchased their flooring from them. I went to the showroom and met Cathy S. She was extremely nice and helpful and understood what I wanted. I immediately received free samples from a mill that had unmatched quality compared to all the other samples that I had received up until that. The service and product that I received was top notch and was not found anywhere else. Now I will recommend with confidence JP flooring to anyone that is in the market for flooring. I can't say enough good things about our experience working with JP Flooring. From our initial conversations with Quincy, through installation and then some very minor repair work on a few planks, JP Flooring was fantastic to work with. Very, very pleased with our JP Flooring sales agent, Cathy Schiferl. A perfect blend of experience, knowledge, and personal skills. She skillfully extracted our specifications (look, application, budget, etc...) and proceeded to search for customer satisfaction. Cathy answered our questions on the spot or did the research to provide in a timely manner. Everything just flowed so smoothly throughout the process in selecting our carpet. Cathy's personal skills were exceptional. She was calm, patient, inquisitive, friendly and truly concerned with meeting our goals and satisfaction. We replaced hardwood floors throughout a high-traffic area of our house. The JP Flooring team made the entire purchasing process easy- everything from the estimate to the final schedule happened as planned. And I would love to give a special shout-out to our install team. They showed up on time and completed the entire project in one day (pulling out old wood floors, installing new and cleaning everything). Since this was a high-traffic area, including our kitchen, it was so nice to have the job completed in one day so we could get back to normal life quicker. And, the floors look amazing!

I had a wonderful experience with Sally and Margaret! They listened to my ideas and kept me in the budget I had set for the project, while at the same time, finding perfect choices in both hard wood and carpet. The installation team was very careful throughout the process. Our new floor is wrapped up nice and neat as we finish the rest of the build. I will be a lifelong customer for sure!

The Customer Service we received by Quincy Brown was excellent .She was very attentive and quick to respond to our needs. She was very Professional,timely and beyond helpful.
The Installers were Fabulous, polite and efficient. They cleaned up the entire place.
We absolutely love our New LVP Floor . Couldn’t be Happier w our final results.

Buyer beware!! The samples that are shown to you prior to purchase, don't show you the whole picture! There can be many defective planks that will be installed, as the contracted installers could care less what they install!! I just recently purchased flooring for my laundry room and hallways. I saw a perfecly beautiful floor sample at the showroom that I purchased. However, following the installation, I noticed that many planks installed in the hallway were defective and frankly just ugly with about 4 defective planks in plain view. Upon contacting JP Flooring, the sales person claimed that that was part of the design, even though, it looks like defective planks that were manufactured incorrectly. However, there was no mention of such ugly planks prior to purchase. I have two main issues with JP Flooring. The first issue is that the samples they show you are perfect and the sales people never ever tell you anything about expecting to see something different when you see the whole floor. The second issue is that the installers, could have easily avoided using them, instead of installing five planks in a row in the main hallway where you see them first.
I feel it is dishonest when the sales people knew about the issues and never communicated it to me.
Following the installation, I contacted the salesperson and she wanted me to buy additional materials and pay for repair of cutting the defective planks and glue new planks instead, which causes other issues, and on top of that she wanted me to pay for the labor for something that could have been avoided in the first place. Later they did offer to do the same for free, which I refused. I don't want new floors that need repairing because of cutting out planks and gluing new planks in!
My recommendation is beware of what you are buying and choosing without seeing the whole picture. OR, avoid them all together and try to find better products and installers somewhere else.
BTW, we paid for the entire amount two weeks prior to insulation. I have never had such requirements from anybody else. You wonder as to why they want the full payment before even they schedule for installation. I guess, they knew they will not get the rest until it is fully fixed, as was contracted.

We had carpet and hard flooring installed, plus carpet on the stairs.
We have been happy with every step of the process. Cathy was great providing information at the showroom, but never making us feel rushed, even though it took us a couple weeks and multiple trips to make a decision.
JP was straightforward with our quote and what the order and installation process would involve.
We we very happy with the professionalism of all the installers(crews specific for what they are installing) and they did a very good job.
I definitely recommend this company.
