Johnny Chin, and now his family members, have provided amazing service for over 25 years, or even more. He has helped me in a couple of car accidents in a very timely way. He truly does all the work in any claim. My wife had other insurance before we were married where she had to track everything down herself. The prices are very comparable to a discount online insurance, where you don't really have an agent. I appreciate the peace of mind I have with the Chins, and will be customers for life.
