The scheduling is awful. They cancelled my 7:30 appointment in December as I was walking in. They never called back to reschedule. Finally after rescheduling and waiting 4 months for my appointment I walked in today and they said they only had time for part of the procedure and I would have to schedule yet another appointment. I have had to take 2 days off work for a procedure that has still not been completed.The only reason I am giving a 2 star review is that the actual dental work is decent if you ever find a way to make it back to see the dentist.

Dr. Koch and his entire staff are absolutely wonderful. Friendly, thoughtful, extraordinarily professional, and their attention to detail is so reassuring. Highly recommend and so grateful to be a patient.

I've been a patient of Dr.Koch for 8 years and have been very happy. Dr.Koch and his staff are always professional, caring, and personable. The dental care is top notch. I've been to other dentists before who have tooth shamed me or used scare tactics or pressured me to buy their products. Dr.Koch's office doesn't do this. They do what needs to be done and offer excellent preventative care. I trust their expertise completely and have recommended them to family and friends.

AWESOME! I just can't say enough good things about Dr. Koch and his staff. I think I probably have "frequent flyer" status at his office given the amount of dental problems that I have. Over the course of the last year and a half I have fractured and lost 4 teeth and each time Dr. Koch has been so compassionate and empathetic. This past Saturday he was able to temporarily piece together the last tooth I broke which was a front tooth! I couldn't ask for more!

My insurance changed and I needed to find a new dentist. I read the reviews and Dr. Koch sounded like a good choice.I have now been their patient for almost 2 years and they are great! The staff is kind and friendly. Their attitudes really start your appointment off right.Once it's time for Dr. Koch you know what to expect... no surprises.He is so kind, friendly, and gentle. Always checking in to see if you're ok or having any discomfort.I would recommend this practice to anyone!

I am a first time patient so I don’t know what to expect, not to mention I was anxious because of my tooth problem. The staff were very nice and friendly. The clinic was clean and peaceful (I love the aquarium) it added to the peaceful ambiance of the clinic. Ms Melissa was very accommodating. Dr. Koch was thorough. Best of all, my tooth problem was not as I imagined it to be. I am coming back.

If anyone needs a Dentist I HIGHLY recommend Joel Koch in West Chester Twp. I went today and it was hands down the most thorough exam I've ever had (and I've had a LOT of dental work).

I am a long-time patient of Dr. Koch. I see him every six months for regular dental cleaning and check-ups.Dr. Koch has a fantastic bedside manner and I have never had a dental issue he was unable to help me with. The hygienists are all kind and fantastic. Even the admin folks up front are fantastic!I recommend Dr. Koch for your dental needs.

I am so incredibly disappointed.Joel R. Koch is a great dentist and I enjoyed going to him in the past. I was very excited to schedule for my daughter who is a year and a half to come in for her first appointment with him.Our pediatrician recommends a visit to the dentist any time between the age of 1 and 2. Their website even shows that they also agree that a child should be seen by their dentist no later the one! (Screenshot attached)I call to make an appointment for her and I am rudely told by the staff that they do not do their first appointment until 3. I explain that their website does not say this at all, and that my pediatrician recommended it.She goes on to rudely say, well if you want we can still do it, as if I am wasting their time and my own time by scheduling this preventative care which is RECOMMENDED by the American Dental Association.At this point I am embarrassed and upset by the tone being given to me on the phone and I say never mind and hang up.I will be taking my daughter to another dentist that has staff that is committed to and caring about necessary preventative care for her instead of making us feel as though their time is wasted.Clearly this very GOOD dentist hired the wrong staff to support him. I am very saddened. I have never written such a review on anyone but I felt that this warranted it.At a time like this, no one should have to be concerned with finding a family care provider for any service and made to feel as if they are wasting someones time. Especially for their children!They have lost someone who intended to be a very loyal client to Joel Koch.

I had my first checkup earlier this month. I was so impressed! It was the most thorough checkup I have ever experienced in my 61 years...thanks to Dr. Koch. My dental hygienist, Morgan, provided the most gentle, thorough, and informative cleaning I have ever received as well. All of my questions/concerns were addressed with a smile...I never felt rushed. The front desk staff were great..so friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend this dental practice for everyone...especially those who have had a bad experience in the past.
