I agree with other posts that this is the WORST customer service ever. When signing up for this company they do not give any instructions on payment, it is not listed on their website nor their invoices. The staff that brings laundry are always very loud and do not consider your business environment. When calling customer service no one knows what’s going on with your account. This has been the WORST experience with customer service ever. We never even got to use theITV service and they keep billing us 6 months later for something we never used. Every single month I’ve had to waste my time calling them and being assured it’s taken care of and its not! Totally incompetent! Just giving others a heads up what to expect from them. Beware

Over the past months Ive seen improvement with this company. Mainly because they switched customer advocates. Nick is awesome! Super friendly and is always in a happy go lucky mood, my team and I look forward to seeing him come in every Tuesday here at Hudec Dental. (: He provides us with all the correct uniforms every time with no problem!

Very, very deceptive practices in my opinion!!! I have been misled and roped into a multi-year contract with these crooks who have threatened to sue if I don't pay beyond my initial 3-year contract. The contract is a sloppy mess and they choose to enforce only the sections that benefit them!! They are also under the delusion that their contract reads that they can change the prices (to whatever they want) at any time and the customer is on the hook for years!!!!!!!!!!!! I would recommend avoiding like the plague, very dishonest and rude company in my opinion!

Stay away from this company! Our linen counts are wrong multiple times and they accuse you of hiding linens when you call them to tell them they aren't delivering what you paid for. The manager, Dan, asked to do an inspection of our office looking for hidden linens. Then they allowed a former employee to sign a contract with them that does not work for us and say we are responsible for continuing a contract? Every week we return stained or dirty linens. Unprofessional all around.
