Fun to walk through and spend a couple hours, took a star off though for the fact that IKEA sells dressers of specific specifications but then doesn't sell drawer storage inside the drawers that matches the dressers dimensions which is annoying.

Walking around this place is so much fun and I love how everything is set up into rooms, it helps a lot with inspiration and ideas and really showcases their items in a realistic way

Found everything I needed & then some. Had entire cart full of items & large furniture items, but came to find out that only self check out was open. Staff member I spike with was short & snappy with me when I asked questions. Check out took double the time.

Did not enjoy the sales experience of the store. Interesting concept of building a room and buying individual items. Not for me though.

I like ikea alot you can get some great prices here. The store is HUGE and there are so many options. Live the rugs and high chairs

For starters, my wife has loved this place for years. I go to be a good team player. Until today she would have given 5 stars, she probably has done that. Today she said she is never coming back. Thank goodness. We roll up with about $700 worth across 2 buggies. Only self check outs open. Two young employees hanging out laughing and flirting with each other. We ask if they could please get a check lane open and they quickly responded no, self check only. Okay then, I guess ikea is the new dollar general or Walmart that everyone hates.
We do all the work and get it all scanned. The same employee then approaches and said I'm doing a "security check". So we wait for him to scan every item we just scanned. All while there is a long of people waiting behind us, we sit humiliated to find out we are aren't thieves and are good at our jobs!
No "I'm sorry", no smiling, no "thank you".
Worst ikea experience in 20 years. Maybe it's a blessing so I never have to return.
