Worst customer service ever. As I started to review my list with the CSR you could tell it wasn’t going to go well. I gave up and left. It you can’t have a good attitude on the small stuff you definitely are going to struggle with the rest of our needs. What a shame.

Excellent service! I had a starter capacitor go out on a Saturday during winter in 23F. They were willing to stay open 10 minutes longer so I could get to them and get the part. I would highly recommend this company to anyone in the business. Thank you Robertson Heating!
