Asked to close account, told I could not do that at the counter, and I needed to sit down and wait (after waiting in line). Waited 30 minutes while they continued to help people in line. Had to drive to another branch to close account, which they did at the counter. Just a bad customer experience overall…

This bank and branch, Huntington Bank review is that they out right extorted me, and with a judge and two lawyers for payment of a science patent they screwed it up and then refused it and now for me to fix it I have to pay the attorney again, so they took my money and then refused to speak to me about it I called every number useful and they spin me everytime or hangup on me so then my business being in trouble received a loan from government and instead of posting it, they closed the account and refuse to speak with me about it clearly it's a england bank here only for extortion of the poorlaw in mind and considering no other banking goes through there or is allowed! Then best of all when I received the money the branch manager screamed at me to leave so rude was it a customer said something about it, and I never did anything to this bank and have aaaa credit on all deposits also the science patent the money was from a billionaire and they still refused it.

Went to this branch for a cashiers check. The banker asked for my photo ID which was expected. However the banker will usually proceed the request in front of me but this time he went to the back area where the drive through request are processed for a long period of time. Which was a first that has happened Iit is my belief that I was black and I was requesting a semi large amount even with that being said it never happened before this bank needs diversity training…Since this previously posted review The bank teller is very respectful and has great customer service as well as his coworkers. The friendliness of the staff is awesome!!!

I love this bank, but you need to change your hours on the website. It says open until 6:00 pm on Friday and you close at 5:00 pm. Outside of that everyone is always friendly and helpful.

One of my favorite Huntington branches in the area! I've been with Huntington Bank for a long time and loved the Oakwood branch. When I moved down to Monroe, I went to a few different branches until we settled into this one. Everyone is so friendly and happy to see you whether you come inside or go through the drive-thru. I also love the 24 hour Grace - can't beat that!!

My husband & I wanted to Opt Out of Early 2 day deposit, there's a phone number to call on our statement however, the recording doesn't acknowledge the words Opt Out. No matter how slow or clearly I said those words, it kept saying, Locked Account.I called our local Huntington office & was told I have to make an appointment & talk to someone face to face. I'm slightly handicapped, going to the Bank in person shouldn't be something I have to do, the toll-free number on our statement to Opt Out should be my option.We do all of our banking with Huntington & my husband is taking about gradually changing to a Credit Union, that's a lot of work.Please Huntington, help me Opt Out of 2 day early pay.

People are always nice and friendly. They keep lobby supplied with hand sanitizer and mask no other banks do both. Dennis is our banker and always nice.
