Everything has worked flawlessly with switching my meds over to CenterWell. I would recommend downloading their app. You can set up auto refill on many meds. And it allows you to set up email and text communication. I would also recommend switching over when you have an ample supply of your current meds. And be pro-active contacting your providers to make sure that they follow through with your referral. Receiving my meds by mail is a time saver and safer than fighting the traffic!

Worse company ever. I've been lied to, given false information on several occasions. I Was told I didn't need any authorization for my medication. Then I was told my prescription was on hold because I needed prior authorization. I contacted my doctor he sent it in. I contacted centerwell pharmacy I was told by twodifferent reps that they received everything from my doctor and my prescription would be mailed out the following morning and I would receive my medication in 3to5 days.. hours later I received a voice message from center well pharmacy to contact them regarding my prescription. So I called only to find out that my prescription was on hold because they didn't receive my authorization. So now I'm right back to square one. These live agents don't do nothing but lie and give out false information. They need to be fired for lying. I'm tired of the apologies since these conversations are being recorded at lest that's what said at the beginning of the conversation. Someone needs to do better about the miss communication and lack of training. Because this is ridiculous and frustrating.

Most disrespectful and rude service I have ever received. Got a voicemail today regarding the prescription but I got the attachment voicemail last Thursday saying all is good with the prescription. I was o. The phone for over 3 hours today and still did not get it resolved. Refused to let me talk to a supervisor manager.Called Humana and they were no help either. Guess both companies will loose my business just one sooner than the other.Will be contacting the BBB regarding both companies.FYI the spellcheck typed Santa pharmacy but the actual voicemail said center well.

The cost of Tylenol on center well pharmacy app is 4 times what Amazon charges.Amazon is 0.02 a pill. CenterWell is 0.08. That is our money that CenterWell is taking. And they are making a killing.

I have a terrible time logging into this site. I continue to be required to change password, but still can't get in. ? Now I can't even get a code to change password. ? I will ask humana to return to previous pharmacy as this one is awful. I recieve meds I have DC'd. And can't even get I. To change a ything.

I am not real proficient with technology in fairness but have difficulty navigating their on line ordering. More often I resort to phone call. Much of that seems to be offshore creating language barrirs.

Always "out of or backordered".they manage to deduct money from my acct, yet when I get my order 80%is missing. Today I got open cold medicine!!!! Plus was told I could only order 1 of a certain item but yet they deducted money for two????? Im switching next year(where did it day that by the way?) Ridiculous
