Breakfast was very good and had different options. The staff was friendly and the room was very clean, it was very close to restaurants, gas stations and other stores like Target, as well as where the tournament was being held.”

The staff were friendly and accommodating, making the overall experience very pleasant. I also appreciated that the hotel was kids friendly, making it a great option for families. All in all, the value for money was well worth it. I would highly recommend this location for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.”

Brian @ the front desk went out of his way multiple times to make us feel welcomed. Conference room for our meeting was awesome, food made for us daily for lunch by Paul was great! Highly recommend!!”

Great kickoff each day with the Breakfast selections (not all can say that!) and their 24/7 coffee is actually really good, any time.
I was stranded in the area for over a week and a half, with a breakdown, and this place couldn't have been better for me. Add the indoor pool, with a nice private patio, and good folks like James & Manager Kristen (who went the extra miles for me) and you've got a winner, staying here!
Rooms: The only reason Rooms got a 4-Star was simple-
Like so many operations these days, limiting funds for Maintenance and Staffing (read: Cut labor to the bone to maximize profits) results in no manhours available to take care of the little details needing attention, in the rooms and facilities. (Furniture, walls, floors, & paint, dings, scratches, general care, etc.)
All, things never taught young people, how to care...”
“Read full review, especially if you're traveling as a family - Ok, seriously, this is one of the better hotels I've stayed at - the entire staff is fantastic, they were prompt with everything and the housekeepers went out of their way to make sure that we were taken care of. The pool area is also well maintained and the rooms themselves are extremely clean and spacious. We also loved the breakfast, however I don't believe it is complimentary (we were able to secure it as part of a room block) but if you spring for it you won't be disappointed. My only issue I had with this hotel was, believe it or not, the toilets. We stayed three nights for a baseball tournament and we had multiple issues with the toilets clogging, even with just toilet paper. The first morning my son used the bathroom in our room and it ended up clogged and while we were waiting for a plunger, I took my daughter downstairs to use the lobby bathroom and that one was already clogged up before we had a chance to use it. Luckily the housekeepers had opened up all the vacant rooms on our floor so we popped in one of those as we had an emergency at this point before heading back to our room to have a family discussion about the situation. Our new rule the rest of the stay was it was one flush per wipe, lol! Once we figure that out it was great. I would absolutely stay again in light of the toilets.
Adding in an edit: My only other suggestion would be to add another washer & dryer for guest use. We needed to wash uniforms for our boys to play in (temperatures during our stay was in the 90's with high humidity so it was absolutely necessary for a group of teenage boys) and I had to wait until 2am to finally get to the washer without a line. We got it done but there were so many other baseball teams there plus other sports tournaments it would be extremely beneficial seeing as those were the guests trying to use it the most.
Rooms: Our room had a king sized bed with a pull out couch that my daughters thought was super comfortable. We had five with us so the beds only slept for but we brought an air mattress for the fifth sleeper. The room was well kept and the housekeeper, Dilya, was the sweetest!
Nearby activities: Minutes away from Top Golf, bowling & entertainment centers as well as a movie theater.
Walkability: Lots of sidewalks nearby”
“Two night stay for mini vacation. Hotel location and cleanliness was excellent rooms were large and beds were comfy. Bad part was our family picked this because of the location, breakfast and pool. The pool was freezing and breakfast was horrible. We wanted a nice breakfast so we could spend more time doing things and didn't have to eat lunch but the breakfast was mainly grab and go and it didn't taste good at all that we threw it away and didn't go back the next morning. If you want a nice nice clean room and nothing else, this is the one to pick. For us we wanted more and will pick something else the next stay unless breakfast is different like their pictures show. Would recommend mexican restaurant next door. They made us drinks to go and food was awesome!
Rooms: Large and comfy”
